It needs a decent jet fighter. The upgraded Kfirs were geat up till the mid to late 1990s but are considered flying heaps of junk by now. I don't know what they're current relationship with the US is, as some newer block or upgraded F-16 fighters should do. An alternative would be to purchase a dozen or so JF-17C fighters from Pak/China. Or if they have a bit more money, they can go for the J-10C from China. Either of these planes would greatly modernise and increase their capability. Russia is out of the question, as they need everything they can make for their war in the Ukraine. A european fighter such as the Typhoon, Rafale or Jas 39 Grippen would be out of the question as they would be way too expensive I'm guessing.
