I do speed paints for gacha life but yet, I still dintknow how to shade the hair or eyes, I only do speedpaints sometimes.. (and i cant make them look like they are facing forwards)

Yeah there's some people that actually put effort in their work. But it's usually the story kind of videos. Cringy music. Weird plot. And some people make sad stories about themselves for attention. That's usually what bothers me. Especially since those low-effort videos get allot more veiws and likes.

yea but they used a template+ a base and rigged so it’s not animation, us animators have to draw it and move every part frame by frame. So yes, it is still lazy.
@@salsoteca72 That's not true. It's still animation. They made this and it obviously still took a lot of work. There's nothing wrong with wanting to save time. And there's nothing wrong with a template either, professional animators use that technique a lot. Mainly for rigging animation. Of course, I'm am open for discussion if you want to go more in depth of why you think that this is not real animation. And I am no professional myself, but I have worked with some animating softwares, mainly ToonBoom. So not all my terms will be exact, but I know a good amount. But I do have a lot to learn still.
