Really enjoyed this one. This is my fav podcast because you guys don’t interview ppl & have surface convos.. you dig deep into the word & bring new life to scripture maybe we haven’t thought about in awhile or bring up something totally new we haven’t considered. Plus I always love Jase’s stories 😄

Honestly i ve been backsliding for a little while now yesterday i started watching some of your podcasts and some of Phil's cooking episodes put a smile on my face i accepted Jesus back into my life and then my mother calls and said she had a dream about my dad who passed away some years ago the dream she had he was kind and generous and helping everything he really wasnt why he was alive she says i think your dad made it to heaven and i finally told her that dad on his deathbed ask me how he could make it to heaven and i told him he ask me to leave the room and shut the door and i never really knew anything more about his salvation it just gave me lot of peace and peace of mind
@white boyz 88 Keep in mind that the Robertson’s do help many people. They have ministries in Africa and all throughout the USA. Also don’t forget about the Miamoo foundation. I see your point and I understand because I’ve been to Ecuador and seen the great need people have. All I’m saying is it’s not bad to except gifts in good faith. All the people of God support each other.
I work nights and days 12 hours each day and i have to work a lot of Sundays . Sometimes this is the only bible study i get . Thank you for keeping my mind around god and keeping me educated . When yall are gone this world will not be the same. Raising my family to follow the foot steps in keeping jesus in our lives. Jase thanks for teaching me something I didn’t know. Your dad raised you well

When Jesus healed the paralytic man, He was saying, "ANYONE can say that their sins are forgiven but only GOD can PROVE their sins are forgiven by the man walking away. Some folks say He never said He was God. This shows that He not only claimed it, but He proved it as well.
Imagine Jesus knocking on James door after Resurrection James saying who is it, it's me Jesus, he might have sad stop playing around Jude, imagine his face when he saw it was him, became a powerful man of God, same as Jude 💔➕❤️

The lyrics to the chorus goes, "Down in a hole, losing control. Down in a hole, losing my soul." The lead singer eventually was found after having been dead for 2 weeks. Autopsy showed that he overdosed on a mixture of heroine and cocaine. He unfortunately, like many others, became proof of that proverb being true.

The teachers of the law recited the law….Jesus…had the authority to use the Word as a tool to change the hearts of the people… He was the manifestation of the Spirit of the law….not just the physical letter of the Law
Jesus interacts with various levels of demon possession...amazing teachings! We will run into some that are far gone and will die with the swine. The others, we must discern and help through our authority to heal. We too often do not use our God-given gifts.
No one is too far gone and God saves sinners through us , yes but if we do not intercede there is someone else who will. Our lack of obedience in no way thwarts God’s plan.

Capernaum translated from Greek meant village of comfort. You can not start with the English definition. Ha! Only in niv does not mean funny! It was fear and deep misery as they trembled that Jesus was going to remove them before their time. Context and meaning of word usage really matters

Phil just waits for them to pause, then he continues with his musings, basically ignoring their comments. Sometimes he's just in old dad mode - ha!
