Anything that Vincent Price did was pure gold. I wish I could've met him.
We all do.
Me too
@@dootdoot94xo44
Wtf do you mean he's satanic? They were roles. He was a giant cinnamon roll. Apparently he loved art, music, and talking to people. Him and his wife would drive along the beach where they lived and invite random groups of people to dinner to talk about hobbies and stuff. He was a nice man.
I wish I could have met Vincent Price while he was was still alive too, but I met him only in dreams that I had about him back in the 1970s and 1980s, including a scary dream that I had about him that was based on the old ABC-TV series Curiosity Shop episode "Where Do You Go to Get Out of a Scare?" , where Vincent Price was a guest star and Master of Scaremonies.
@@margaretgarnto6272 Nice.
Vincent Price has a very distinct voice that makes him perfect for creepy and villain roles. RIP Vincent Price.
PNTR 92 him and Tim Curry
@@demon0981 or Tony Jay.
Fun fact he didn't develop that distinct voice until a little later in his career. In the movie The Invisible Man Returns. He uses a different vice then drifts into the more famous voice off and on as the movie progresses.
His voice was just a delight to hear.
A tip: you can watch series on kaldrostream. Me and my gf have been using them for watching loads of movies these days.
Tim Burton’s idol and inspiration.
@Zinta Foxana & The Painted Shadows Yeah, that short film looks fascinating. It kind of reminds me of a video game platformer called Limbo.
Good to know of this information regarding him and Tim Burton.. Wasn't aware.. Thanks
R.I.P. Vincent Price. He was an amazing American horror film actor. Plus, he was hilarious. Just remember his voices of the characters will always be there for everyone.
His a great American horror actor the first movie I saw that he was in was house on haunted hill the 60's version
So glad i was able to see him and his wrks while he was still alive
My elder sisters had the first view masters that was sound and color the special VICENT PRICE EDITION THAT CAME WITH THAT THRILLER VIDEO AND EXTRA VINCENT PRICE CARTRIDGEGE
Vincent Price was the Unquestionable King of Horror, But he also LOVED doing Family friendly works as well, because he figured that being in kid friendly movies would help to develop fans at an early age.
.....And He was Right.
This dude was awesome he helped make Thriller even more creepy
He will always be a legend. Vincent Price is a great actor.
Something about Vincent Price's voiceacting, it's like water. It's with the capability to be on the extremes of exceedingly cold, yet also awfully warm and friendly.
Wow, I didn't realize just how much voicing Vincent Price did. Such an iconic voice!
When he was doing his role for Ratigan. He had fun with that part you could hear it in his voice.
I still love how despite being American he mainly did a British accent for alot of his rolls
Truly an irreplaceable acting legend!
There are no voice like Vincent Price, haunting as always
OH! RIP he was a true KING among actors, not just horror! when a guy says "I love it when I'm nasty!" with such twisted glee, not only do you know he's having a genuine blast, but you've definitely got the right guy for the part!
Iron Tail and Proffessor Ratigan are my childhood.
Vincent Price is my favorite actor i like the quotes from Michael Jackson Song Thriller and that evil laugh during the end of the song gave me goosebumps that was awesome. R.I.P. Vincent Price
Professor Ratigan, Vincent Van Ghoul and the epilogue to Michael Jackson's Thriller are pure gold!
Don't Forget January Q. Irontail.
I love that handsome hottest actor who was in The Abominable Dr. Phibes! 😍😍😍 RIP Vincent Price, you’ll missed.
He wasn't just a great actor but a great man he will always be on our hearts forever.
Is it weird that the first time I heard of Vincent Price was in Vincent? Thank you, Nightmare Before Christmas bonus features!
Vincent Price was a truly wonderful performer. "The Great Mouse Detective" was where I first learned his name, though I didn't know at the time I had also heard him narrate a few episodes of "Faerie Tale Theatre", which could have been included here too. But he had more voiceover roles than I realized. What a wonderful career both onscreen and offscreen. RIP, Vincent.
Happy 119th birthday, Vincent! I hope you're doing so well.
He truly was a brilliant actor. Aside from voicing as Ratigan, I loved his narration for the Tim Burton short, Vincent
BorisFangirl
Vincent (the short) was so good. I love his narration in that.
And he voiced Edgar Allan Poe in Tiny Toon Adventures.
I've always loved his role as Prof. Ratigan.
God, this guy was such a gem of a human beeing.
There won't be another Vincent Price.and thriller's voice and laugh "priceless"
He also voiced Simon Templar in the Radio Deluxe Show "The Saint".
Really?!?!?! My mom loved The Saint series
3:32 -I'm scared of Vincent Price's evil laughing, because he gives me chills.
4:38
He's a great actor and great voice actor
Anytime I read dr strange in the comics I hear his voice
cwing1028 Strange was based on him after all. Shame he never got to play the character.
@@pikppa The closest we could hope for now is for Maurice LaMarche to get a chance to voice Dr. Strange. If you watch Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated, LaMarche gives an excellent impression of Price as Vincent Van Ghoul.
4:14 my favorite character of Vincent Price is Ratigan from the 👍🏻 🐁 detective.
One of the best Disney villains
Vincent Price: Ratigan is the ultimate villain.
Me: COULDN'T AGREE WITH YOU MORE, VINNY.
RIP Vincent price he is one hell of an actor and horror movie actor he's my favorite horror movie actor I love him a lot I can imitate his voice from his great different roles
He played the villain in The Great Mouse Detective....... My childhood is now complete.
Great video Tim, I’ve always enjoyed hearing his voices in different cartoons, especially when performs one of my favorite characters Ratigan & Iron Tail! & we can’t forget loving his iconic voice in Thriller😊😊😁
Emily Santoyo at 5:51 while he's stop being philosophical and daunting now being aggravated father
This man single handedly voiced my childhood.
Like his great friend Sir Christopher Lee, Mr Price loved cartoons. And he was so great in them!
You missed two. 1974, Alice Cooper, "Welcome To My Nightmare": Devil's Food/Black Widow monologue. It's where MJ and producers got idea for Thriller rap from. You also missed the narration from Edward Scissorhands.
Charles Nicholaides Ah, that’s right! Forgot about those
Huge Scooby Doo child.
Adored Vincent Price since a child.
Am rediscovering him and learning more about of his life. Love RUclips .
Price also loaned his beautifully creepy voice to an Alice Cooper album, Welcome to My Nightmare.. the song was, "The Black Widow".. my favorite Alice Cooper album.
One of my favorite actors of all time! The inspiration of Dr Stephen Vincent Strange.
Ah a true Icon in every sense of the word, he was the man who invented the "Evil Laugh" that even today so many can only try to imitate. Poorly I might add. God rest your soul Vincent Price, you shal be forever missed.
R.I.P. Vincent Price
You didn't get his appearance in Tiny Toon adventures, I'm surprised.
His role that will be remembered most is Thriller. He's just so creepy in that song.
Who hasn't heard that?
David Wiley
He also played the Spider Tour Guide in the song intro to 'the Black Widow' at the end of Alice Cooper's song Devil's Food
You've never heard of House on Haunted Hill?
I've seen House on Haunted Hill as well as other films with Vincent Price. My statement still stands. The Thriller video is one of the most well known videos ever. People who don't even listen to music are aware of the video and song. I am certain more people know Thriller than know House on Haunted Hill. It is his most recognizable work.
I Remember That. It Was Terrifying, Scary, Horrifying, And Perfect For Horror Movies And The Narration Of The Haunted Mansion Attraction At Disney World And Disney Land. P:S He Was Perfect For Narration And Voice Acting For Cartoons Like Scooby Doo And Michael Jackson's Thriller Rap Back In The 1980's\80's
Vincent Price played mostly villains and did good doing it.
Vincent Price also appeared on the Muppet Show as a guest star.
A few years ago, my brother Robert asked me if I know Vincent Price, and I told him of Vincent Price as a great actor. He had done some research, and he told me that we're distantly related to Vincent Price!! It's no wonder 🤔 I like Halloween so much.
It’s always such a treat to hear that maniacal laugh!
He never refused to give a fan an autograph.
Professor Ratigan and Irontail were my first two times hearing his voice as a kid! I loved him, Tony Jay and Tim Curry the absolute best as villains throughout my childhood.
It’s funny, Ratigan was my introduction to Vincent Price as a kid but I didn’t know who he was at the time.
Vincent price was a man of many talents and was as talented of an actor as ever there was or will be.
"Oh I love it when I'm nasty!" I love that Villain line from Ratigan! RIP Mr. Price what a voice!
His performance of Zigzag is just mesmerizing. So refined and Shakespearean.
Holy shit, he voiced Ratigan!?
ShutterFlutter My thoughts exactly.
That was his favorite role
Soitenly! That’s one of his well known roles and it’s his all time favorite role he did!!!
He would've been an outstanding Joker voice Actor! I think Hamill got some inspiration from Mr Price for sure
Best best, Price probably would have leaned towards Cesar Romero's style of the Joker.
His diabolical laughter still echoes to this day. :)
You can so tell that he was SO going ham with Ratigan!!!
Oh what an amazing voice! He’s one of my all time favorites!
The Great Vincent Price.
Oh god... It was him all those years ago, when I was a wee lad going into the Phantom Manor and losing my sanity when the floor started to descend while his voice was playing on the speakers :)
Professor Ratigan and the voice in Thriller are their best performances in my opinion
Vincent had famously said that The Great Mouse Detective was his favorite acting performance
My favorite actor of all time. Both for his live roles and for his animated voice over roles.
He was the reason I saw The Thief and the Cobbler
Ellis Miller a shame he never got to see the movie but after all only a bastardized version came out
@@pikppa I found it hilarious
Omg! Evil Genie! XD
If you to Disneyland Paris, in their Haunted Mansion ride version called "Phantom Manor", Vincent Price provided the english narration for the ride and his iconic laugh.
Disney removed Vincent Price's narration on the ride but they later brought it back in 2019 after they refurbished the ride.
Icon describes this beloved Renaissance Man.
RATIGAN! OH RATIGAN! HE”S THE WORLDS GREATEST RAT!!! 🐱☠️
Haley
Professor Ratigan played by Vincent Price: *I AM NOT A RAT!!!!!!*
You're a mouse
One of many good actors that have left this world.
I love all of his horror movies even a few comedies he has done.
And anything animated that has his voice or his hands in the mix I definitely get a chance to try to find then enjoy watching them.
He was also in The Number of the Beast and a song by Alice Cooper or something like that. Rest in Peace best Ratigan and ZigZag. He was best as an actor for horrors movies which's actually true, and he had good narration. Oh yes, and he also performed Monster Mash and read the Raven once.
Incredible work Saturday morning rewind, some show broadcast in my cuntery. Like Scooby doo and the 13 ghost .
1:00 damn so it may be right about stan lee basing dr strange around vincent price. This looks like him too 😁
you never realize how good maurice lamarche’s impression of vincent price is until you go looking for clips lol
RIP
Vincent Price
(1911-1993)
Such a star, such a Voice, rest in peace🕸🕷🕸
I Love This Guy and All His Voice Work
Rest In Peace legend Vincent Price.
4:50 this is his last film, after he died
5:20 Genie no! XD
I love that voice and impact paformce he brought over the years
I’m so glad they’ve brought his voice back for Phantom Manor at Disneyland Paris. He was the original voice, but they replaced him coz his French parts were incomprehensible and just had it all in French until a few years ago
Man he was awesome 👏🏼😎
Vincent Price Voiced The Famous Villain Professor Ratigan My Favourite Voice Actors From Benny Mufabiro. 😊❤
Hey Saturday Morning Rewind, there was another show that Vincent did in the year of 1971...it was called 'The Hilarious House of Frightenstein'.
It was shot at the 163 Jackson St. West studios of CHCH Television in the downtown of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, and it took him only a few weeks to do all his segments, the vast majority of them having poetry recited.
The show also starred Billy Van(in multiple roles), Fishka Rais, Allen 'Guy Big' Hoffman, Mitch Markowitz, and Julius Sumner Miller.
For Vincent to cross the border here into Canada and do a show here showed that he was willing to give the Canadian TV industry some help when we kind of needed it. He was selfless in selfish times, and to me, because of that, Vincent is, now and forever, an Honorary Canadian.
=)
ZigZag should've been the last one. "For ZigZag then, this is the end."
From what I understand, Ratigan was the last voice role he did, as well as my favorite by him.. He even said voicing Ratigan was his favorite role.. Also, when he voiced Zig-Zag in The thief and the cobbler, the lines were already pre-recorded before it released.
Love Vincent Price - BEST EVER!!!
Vincent Price would be one of those men who can tell a lot of scary tales in a sinister tone.
I think we need a Thurl Ravenscroft tribute
Something so incredible about the way he delivers his linea, he was so charismatic
The Voices Of Vincent Price (RIP) In Florida (For My Dad & Grandma Marry)
1.) Here Comes Peter Cottontail (1971)
2.) I Go Pogo (1980)
3.) Michael Jackson's Thriller (1982)
I could listen to his voice all day.
3:45 Professor Ratigan
Vincent Price has such a suave, sexy voice! 🖤
""I am a magician, a sorcerer too. And i'm in a position i think to serve you."
"I conjure demons, charm beasts...and birds of prey too. Phido!!!!!"
"As you will see, that's not all i can do."
"I have power over people, though they may appear complex. For me they fall like playing cards and i control the decks."
"But all this is nothing, for in my hand is the very key to the Golden Land. For no man may take it no matter how great...unless he possesses these three balls of fate."
Zig Zag in The Thief and the Cobbler is my favorite role of Vincent's after Prof. Ratigan by far, he owned both but the former in particular was just...i have no words.
2:09 Phantom Manor
RIP Vincent Price we miss you
Here comes Peter Cottontail 1:35
The thief and the cobbler 4:51
I Go Pogo 2:54
Vincent Price looks like he wants me to retrieve the Platinum Chip.
R.I.P Vincent Price, you were insanely talented
I loved the 13 Ghosts Of Scooby Doo, he was just a good actor.
3:27
