@@zaczane Well, it's my favorite color and I like Power Rangers 😉 Basically the FF deserve more respect by the writers so they can be written better so we as readers can respect them as well.
How was the thing still alive after 3,000 years? Sure he can’t age when he’s in his form but wouldn’t his power be long gone in 3,000 years since the other 3 had died and when they’re away from each other too long they’ll lose their power??
I would say, when one actually dies, that quarter of the comic energy transfers equally to the other three. So once it’s down to one, they no longer lose power.

Undiscovered ability to simulate silicone (wet metal) properties. Susan Storm. Invisibility. Later discovered psionic access to Hyperspace. Jonathan Storm.Full access to thermal plasma field.
If your optic nerve were invisible, you would be blind. The reason you can see is when light strikes the optic nerve, it is reflected back, like a mirror, with the image projected into the eyeball. An invisible optic nerve would not reflect light, it would instead allow it to pass unhindered. This passing through, without reflection, would cause blindness.
thats comics, every issue is basically a different portrayal, in some comics, superman is pulling solar systems through space with ease, in others, batman in a metal suit can push him around. The writers just think of stories and make up stuff to explain it.
They had a comic review recently. Honestly. The things with super hero comics is that ever since the multiverse was made. Not only can they make new concepts for heroes but they can also add twists to previously existing concepts.
I think theres a plot hole with some powers. Like: They could loose powers if tgey get separated for long, and the Thing is immortal? Like if they die of old age, how he keep his powers on?
Sue is clearly the most powerful out of them all she’s basically a green lantern but with unlimited energy because she uses phyionic energy, she can do so many things with this she basically has telekinesis because all she has to do it out a forcefield around an object of a person and move it she can fly in a forcefield
The fact that the team is stronger when they’re together, acting as a sort of cosmic power multiplier straight out of Ultimate Alliance, is fucking awesome for no reason at all.
To be more accurate, he bulked up to thing-like proportions. Not as strong as the thing, but just as massive. And it did no good anyway because, y'know, Onslaught.
I mean seriously instead of coming up with some kind of brilliant tactic to counteract Professor X's telepathy Regus Waters around the building and fights like the thing for two panels yes it was terrible writing
Regarding your first point, radar is a detection system that uses sound, not light. It doesn't matter if she's invisible if she still has mass. Sound does not travel through mass just because it's invisible. Maybe it's time for whatculture to bring on some fact-checkers.
'Course, this whole "power scaling as things go on" makes you wonder why they haven't accidentally destroyed the entire city, or how it's possible anyone can be a villain powerful enough to challenge them.
When the fantastic four come to the MCU, the creative team needs to lean into them being OP as all hell or they are not going to work. Johnny needs his temperature kinesis, Sue needs light manipulation on top of force fields, and Reed needs to become The Maker after a single movie to give everyone a wild villain. Maybe he even teams up with Dr Doom and eventually comes back at the end giving the heroes their only chance to beat Doom. Give us high stakes again!
