Just wanted to say "THANK YOU" Gem for all the coverage on SDCC 2019! I truly enjoyed all the segments and as always, I appreciate letting the rest of us unlucky folks who can't be there be a part of the Comic Con Brother.
Nice way to bring some recognition to some places that might not otherwise get noticed. Great work as always. On a side note, I just watched a 2015 video on Watch Mojo's RUclips channel of the top 10 comic channels and I think they should re-do it as this channel would easily take the top spot. Keep rockin' that awesome content.
very nice stores...wish I had one in the area, I have to order everything online. If I had a comic book store close by, I would spend hours browsing all the time lol
The only one we have is owned by a big asshole. You smile at him and wanna chat and he just disregards you . I wonder why he doesn't have more customers
I love this segment, can't wait for more. Also thanks for all the SDCC footage, I looked forward to them videos everyday. Almost felt like the real thing lol
Aww Gem. Didn’t know you hit up Empire Comics. This was my LCS before the pandemic. Robert, the owner, was an awesome dude. Sad they closed shop. I miss this place. Funny though. You mentioned Now Or Never Comics. That’s my new main LCS. When Empire closed down. I started coming here on the weekly.
You need to hit up southern California comics, they have statues, slabs, original art, coffee shop and a bit of everything. Yesteryear comics and comickaze are other good spots in the same area.
Man what the hell! I could've meet a cool RUclipsr at "MY" local comics n stuff. Reality doesn't want me to meet anyone cool, it's just another Vin Diesel incident (long story short I blindly passed by V.D.).😭

I second that

Awesome! This place is right down the street from me. Go there all the time. Empire comics that is

This is great, man! especially important when many stores are closing due to the poor show of comic companies.
Second shop is fantastic
That's the one in my neighborhood, actually!

Nice to see you're hitting some stores. Keep up the good work.
Got me grooving to the music. Nice video, man.
The CnS in Plaza Bonita is the one I visit all the time!
Nice video. If you happen to do these again. I hear that Frank and Son Collectible Show is worth checking out.
If you're gonna do a spotlight in San Diego you gotta go to Southern California Comics, they're the best shop in SD
D. Dei989 yea man we didn’t have enough time... next year

Damn first shop had uncanny Omni 2 and 3 need those!
Don't forget to drop buy the used comic book stores as well, there's treasure in there!
Seen that comics n stuff in funko collecter vlog but never seen that much of the store 💎💪
Damn gem you been losing weight? Lookin sharp brotha hope all is well you are killing it with the content! On are way to the top
Star Lord trying to brotha
You should have viewers submit treasure hunt finds and make a compilation of them. Might be cool
Da Collector I like that
Comics N Stuff is a solid chain, all their shops re pretty solid.
Overpriced and more of a weeb collectibles shop than a comic store.
I hear the one in Carlsbad is the best
That was my shop for years but I only bought new issues because everything else was a little pricey.
Comics and stuff in bonita is probably the one that has the least comic books honestly, its not bad but chula vista one is crazyyy
You shoul read Fatale / Ed Brubaker & Sean Phillips
yes they should!
Layout scouting for GemMint Comics and Collectables
ToWhiskeyclone lol basically
Check out socal comics next year that a really good one too.
Cool spots. A little voice over would have made the video a little more entertaining though.
