I’m so proud of you for keeping your love of tractors and farming going. I remember you as a little boy who used to move sections of Momma and Daddy’s yard with his toy tractors. Keep plowing baby brother ❤❤
Had a awesome time met some great people. Didn't have a tractor but still enjoyed the fellowship can't wait for next year I hope by then I'll have something to bring.
What a beautiful day to watch those old tractors turning the ground. And they all did a nice job of do it Joey. But it also looked like a great fellowship going on which was also great to watch. Thanks for your time and effort to put on the show and thanks for the video as well. 👍
Congratulations , I like the set up , the introduction was nice on the tractor/ owner , the little guy having a blast , people enjoyed , stay safe , have fun ! Memories !!
Awesome Love it. We use to have a old tractor day here in Reidsville on 158 West but they don't do that anymore. It was always a good turn out. People came from everywhere. Old hit and miss engines you name it it was there. Wish we could get them back the young people today don't know what it was like to farm. We have lost the old ways.
Hello from south carolina. Just found you this morning. Love your videos. We like the way you explain everthing. God bless you and your family. Denny chastine.
Well Joey I anticipated this video all weekend and have throughly enjoyed it! When I make the earth roll over. I coined the phrase dirt therapy. When I am flat breaking ground with a turning plow. I am truly at ease. God speed
You got some pretty cool Drone footage there JT. With your high quality audio recording and my really nice Bluetooth speaker I was able to hear nobody showed up with a tractor that wasn't running correctly and everybody was able to pretty much hit your boundary on getting their plow point out of the dirt. Thanks for taking the time to put this together for those of us who weren't able to make it this year.🙂
Great job Joey. All the way around. Of course the best part was the little boy on his little riding JD. But it was all good. Kudos and keep up the good work.
Thst was a good day's work. That picture at the end makes it worthwhile. But I said this on the short-I never in my life ploughed without spending more time looking at the plough (I'm English) than looking in front. And watching that earth turn over. Any job, cultivating, dragging, turning hay, anything. Who knows what might go wrong? And it was just fun to watch the machines working.
there was alit of A,S and super A,S made and later on the 13OS and 14OS was just about the same tractor 🚜 the older tractors the nose was round the later tractors the nose was changed and it square ⛶ the nose of the tractor was restyled 😊😊 OMG 1 2O 2O24
Great video and great seeing all the tractors working. Those one row farmalls are common in the Carolinas aren’t they. I know of a dozen in a five mile radius it seems.
😊😊 alot of the John deere tractors were the same way the older tractors were open post steering and hand crank start and the tractors were styled tractors and electric start w a ring gear on the fly wheel alot of the older tractor people have changed them 2 electric start 😊😊 2 start them easy that's alot of engine 2 start by hand and the old John deere tractors the engine runs backwards counter clock wise instead of clock wise and they have compression vavles U open be 4 U start them and close them after the tractor 🚜 😊 is running and they had a generator and electric lights 196O was the last year John deere 2 cylinder tractors were made after that they made the inline 4, AND 6 cylinder engines 😊😊 OMG 1 2O 2O24
I wish to thank you Joey for putting the event together. I know you and your family put a lot of effort into it. I’m glad you got the weather conditions you were hoping for as well. Congratulations on a wonderful gathering and a big shout out to your family. For me the high light was seeing Farmall 51’s son doing all that plowing! Maybe I can remember how?
Just watched on the big screen, I wish I could’ve been there. I hope to be next year. I love all the tractors, I like all colors. That Oliver really was throwing that dirt! It was a perfect day for weather
I will make it one year. I just wish you were about 45 minutes closer (or my girls were about 4 years older, but I don't want to wish my life away.) Thanks for the video and I hope to see you next time!
Wow what a great turn out. Really enjoyed the video, and that little guy on the jd. Looks like you spent a lot of time setting up Joey. You made a spectacular event it looks like. I hope you keep having them. Thanks so much for you and your families hard work.
Great event everyone! The Lord blessed everything you did. From the planning to the attendance to the filming and the message, which was an awesome addition. Weather was great as well. Joey, you, your sons, and your wife did a wonderful job! Thank you for sharing!
Looks like a good time i will be there next year right now my 140 is in the process of being restored i could tell matt was really wanting to fly down that field
Man, Joey I'm just now able to watch the video, but I tell you what buddy, I loved every minute of it. Beautiful day, looked like perfect plowing conditions too. I loved that super C. Beautiful tractor. Thanks for bringing me to plow day. Hopefully I'll bring myself next year lol. Enjoyed it buddy
I couldn't get a good look, but it must be similar to the Romanian Universals (UTB), Fiats made under licence, which I drove a few of in England, in the seventies and eighties. The most common was, I think, called a 550,probably 55 horsepower. Just a pretty good, no frills, easy to drive tractor. The clutch would suffer a bit, working hard on the buckrake, though.
I saw some of this on #thisfarmwife channel and was super excited about it. This looks like a great local farm festival that is about having fun on your tractor and meeting other enthusiasts. Is this an annual event?
@@Jtwes the ironic part of this whole weekend was Sunday morning I was mowing the grass and noticed my neighbor I bought my tractor from was out in his yard…. Managed to get all my implements from him…. A day after plow day 😂

Loved looking at all the older tractors!! Looked like a gorgeous day and it seemed like everyone enjoyed themselves ❤
Thank You Julie.

Good to see some Green
It was a fine tractor for sure.

I agree, if you're all friends and not looking to be glory hunters, it's going to be so much more fun.

It was a definite pleasure having you there with us . Thank You so much for making it out.
Very nice video. Like to see tractors doing what they were made to do.. Partial to red, but really like them all

It was a beautiful day and I’m so Thankful to God he held the rain off.
I'm very impressed with the devotional and prayer over the meal 🙏.. God bless you and your chanel...
Thank You Jerry.
As much as I prayed for a good day and weather it would have been a shame not to give God some glory during Plow Day.
That's awesome! Sure wish I lived closer, I'd definitely be there for that. Good stuff!

I’m pretty sure he told me it was a over seas tractor. Good eye.
