Non-Disclosure Agreement, that was perfectly legal was somehow and fraudulently turned into 34 felonies. And the “judge” didn’t allow the defense a legal expert to refute the felony charges . The defense request the testimony of a Federal Elections Commission official.
There were dozens of "unprecedented" legal decisions made by the DA, judge and prosecutors in this case. Most people don't know the jurors were told to find Trump guilty even if they were not in unanimous agreement, a first in American jurisprudence history. They were also never told which was the "greater crime" Trump was supposedly guilty of- although never indicted or tried on it. It was election interference, btw. Can't say the Dems don't have a flair for the ironic.
