When you realize that this song is from M4 sings to M16 after everything happened.
Warning minor spoilers ahead!
1/ "If I divide your meaning, will you stay here, instead of leaving and breaking this connection". This is when M4 still weak in mind, get hijacked and shut down, which force M16, RO and SOP to going for a mission which leads to M16 disappear. The context means if M4 has been stronger in mind, M16 have not been forced to separate from the team. Refer to chap 8E.
2/ "You used to be my flame". Throughout the story, M16 is who motivate M4 to press on in all of AR-team harsh situation, but no longer after chapter 8E.
3/ "Just to faint to stay, through the darkness and rain". Although M16 is all M4 hope and dream, she is still a tiny flame in the total chaos and confusions of the story.
4/ "You flee from me to somewhere I cannot reach. And made a wall, a hedge between" (WARNING! MASSIVE SPOILERS AHEAD!). After chap 8E M16 has joined SF and become one of the boss in the game and encounter M4 during Singularity event. Because Griffin and SF are 2 confrontation factions, you can say that's the reason of "cannot reach" and "build a wall, a hedge between".
This is all I can figure out since CT is not M4 related and I have not finish Chapter 11 and still reading Isomer story.
Perhaps with the part of "made a wall, a hedge between" it also refers to how M16 is expressed with M4, in a more rude way and with disinterested touches, M16 did what she did to protect M4 from whatever she got at ISOMER events, and since she has had to confront M4 several times in a brutal way, she does not forgive herself and her attempt to make everything easier is to make M4 hate her, in this way she tries make M4 no longer suffer for her betrayal, do not put herself in danger trying to make her return and it is her self-imposed punishment for what she has had to do, at least it is the feeling I have when analyzing how M16 behaves and that fits with the verse of the song, M16 built a wall and an abyss between her and M4 in the hope of separating their paths so that M16 can continue to protect M4 from the shadows, although the hatred of this is the price
I hate those traitorous bitches who left SKK to his fate and did never bother helping. Even worse everything M16 was useless and how it got solved in later events.

RO died, M16 helped RO and Sop get back to Griffon after the military’s betrayal. SKK was in a separate location and purposely kept the fact that they were under attack to prevent panic while dolls were evacuating, and it was only after 416 and Defy rescued Ange that they revealed they were under attack because the op was over, but 404 rescued them later.
I guess you could say AR and M16 were traitors, but AR left because she was infected with parapluie, and didn’t want to risk being a liability, and M16 had the same, succumbed to it, but she is still on Griffon’s side and is helping M4/SKK just in a deferent way, as shown in Isomer and in SC.
Interesting interpretation though. I thought it was a song about the Failed Isomers speaking to M4/Lunasia.
The backing vocals I could see as being M4's thoughts, but the main vocals feel a lot more like a lament from the Isomers to William. They want to be accepted by their dad, making this sisyphean effort that they _know_ he'll never acknowledge... but still, he's their father, they'd do anything for him. Abuse is a hell of a thing.
I keep coming back to this song.

English comment here. Extremely good song. Amazing inspiration behind the composition and, frankly, even if the lyrics aren’t anything “profound”, they’re very poetic.
Though it’s a shame that the lyrics are somewhat like ‘broken English’ in places, it’s still an extremely poignant and well-composed electronic song.
I think the word I’d used to describe this piece is: ‘Inspired’.
I expect it’ll be a favourite of mine for months to come. Amazing vocals, amazing emotions in the vocals, extremely good electronic composition and “inspiration” for said composition, lots of variation in the various riffs. Between the ‘background’ and the ‘foreground’, there’s both a synergy and a uniqueness to both that’s original, emotional, epic, and synchronised that’s hard not to feel ‘empowered’ by.
This song is inspiring despite how simple the roots of its composition is. ‘A common rock polished beyond perfection’. Well... the fundamentals aside: the “emotional dynamics” of this song are insane...! No point in the song feels the same as another. Even when lyrics are repeated, they all feel like ‘the progression of a story’-and that’s all thanks to the vocalist and their “vocal-narrative investment”.
Simply a work of art. I don’t care how anyone else feels, this is one of the best songs I’ve ever heard. I know, it has:
•Chord repetition and simplicity
•Broken English
•Exploitation of ‘ease of electronic synthesisation’ (vs real instrumentation of real instruments or, even, complicated synthesisation)
•Built on countless previous electronic musical pieces for inspiration - bordering on the “crime of sampling”
•Taking the ‘poetry of lyrics’ and almost “copy and pasting” from ‘previously established juxtapositions’
... But... all of these were done with a ‘single piece of artwork in mind’-and it was done masterfully. It aimed for a singular and synergistic ‘form of expression’, and it couldn’t have made a greater work of art!
... Hard to believe this was a byproduct of a gatcha game... Seriously.... How ridiculous, ahaha. (And how happy I am that I’ve the pleasure of experiencing this song. ... Thanks).

It's not broken english. Its pretty much all correct grammatically, some of the wording is just unusual.
i know right, then iron saga comes out, a refreshing recent gacha mecha game with alot of depth on abilities plus hiroyuki sawano as its song composer and another dope song artist called tetracalyx. story is actually interesting, more than a decent read.

I dont really play the game but This song makes me think that the T-Dolls are Human and went to Experiment in year 2xxx before the apocalypse/ WW3 as a secret project and got activated aftermath as the last hope for Humanity, despite of them are Robot like they still feel emotionally attached for their comrades
