- Russia has displayed some of the military hardware that it's captured during its war with Ukraine. German-made Leopard tanks, Marder infantry fighting vehicles, and other Western weapons were all on show in downtown Moscow, as Dasha Chernyshova reports.

Whether or not you agree with aiding Ukraine it seems childishly naive to expect to send weapons to a conflict and not think any of them will be lost or captured. This is kind of a big war, thousands of vehicles from both sides have neen destroyed or disabled and abandoned ,many will inevitably be captured, western tanks and vehicles aren't indestructible despite what some say. The Ukrainians have tons of destroyed Russian vehicles on display, doesn't really tell you a lot about the situation on it's own. Western media is probably to blame for people's unrealistic expectations by only focusing on pro Ukraine fluff, downplaying Ukrainian set backs and downplaying Russian capabilities.

It’s kind of a harbinger of a possible war with Russia.
