i tend to segment my color choice based on the hot and cold feeling i get the sun is hot and its the light source so in pigments like blue or purple, i tend to pick the color that feels warm shadow = cold saturation is also really cool to play with cause its basically how bright a color is, and i tend to use that on areas that i want to draw focus on like dulcinea umbrella or the red rose petals i hope that helps!! it might be better if i tried to explain it in an actual video even though technically im still on my art learning journey thank u for ur compliments, im grateful for your support
