    I'm Polish and right now the investigators are checking if Magda's boyfriend and some other people weren't connected to a different myserious suicide of a young woman, Karolina Kaczorowska. They were all her friends, as well as Magda's. They reopened her closed case! Strange, definitely strange.

    There is some new information about that, came out just yesterday. I don't know if you're aware, but in the video her bf speaks to her, there is a conversation happening in the background. It's in Egyptian and it has now been translated. The guy talks to a man he calls Captain Khaled. It is obvious the speaker has a lot of respect to him, he calls him boss, and asks him if he'll have the privilege to finally meet him. There's also a sentence being said, that "the party will be incomplete"...
    As a comment to this, a polish guy who used to dive a lot in this part of Egipt, claims he knows who Captain Khaled is. Apparently he's a very rich guy who rules the entire area. He pays off the police, hotel staff and even hospitals. The area is apparently explicitly for rich sheiks and the tourism there is only an addition to provide fun for those sheiks coming there to "have fun". The diver continues explaining, that they often get professional escorts but they much more prefer to "have fun" with unaware European girls who get drugged and gang raped at their parties. If this is true, there is no chance the guilty will pay. The final of this case will most likely be that she went mad and killed herself.
    Magda was a sporty type, her body quickly detoxicated and probably remembered most of what had happened to her. This is not the first time a "suicide" like this happens in Egypt. There have been more identical cases where young women jumped out of hospital windows. I heard of a german and italian girl, and almost an identical thing happened to a young polish girl there last year. It seems this is how they deal with girls who realise what's going and cause problems. What is interesting, is that it's only young women who take their own life in Egypt and not men or older people. This case stinks as fuk. The entire Poland is shocked and it's mostly Internet people who have actually discovered a lot in this case. Also, Poland believes her bf knows the truth.

    That poor girl was clearly sexually assaulted and either being trafficked or going to be trafficked. The most obvious thing about it, is that she was a normal healthy woman who supposedly just went crazy in Egypt. And for no reason? People develop mental disorders from abuse and/or trauma. So even if she was displaying symptoms while in Egypt, it means she suffered some form of abuse and/or trauma.
    People slipping women drugs so they can have sex with them against their will, that happens in every club and bar in every city and country of the world.
    She also doesn't attack anyone in the hospital. A man touched her, and she stands up and begins yelling at the man who touched her. She doesn't slap him, she doesn't' punch him, she just pushes him away after he touched her and appears to be yelling at him specifically. Note that the other man obscuring people's view of her, she doesn't lash out at him, she specifically lashes out at the guy who leans down and touches her, and I guarantee you that man is Mahmoud K.
    She very clearly did not like that one specific person touching her. She didn't attack anyone, she just lashed out at a man who touched her. She didn't attack nurses, or any doctors; she just lashed out at a man who touched her. If you're a female, and a man sexually assaulted you, would you or would you not lash out at that man if he tried to touch you?
    Human trafficking seems obvious, but there's also something to be said for an individual person sexually assaulting her and being willing to do anything to keep from getting caught.
    In any case, that Mahmoud K is very clearly the culprit, he either sexually assaulted her himself and tried to make her look crazy so nobody would believe her, or there was an effort to sell her. A single white woman in nations like that is extremely vulnerable and an easy target.
    She probably wasn't allowed to use her cell phone or they took it from her, and only allowed to her to speak to her boyfriend in a way they could control. Mahmoud keeps saying "This isn't working" during that phone call. What isn't working? It's a phone call between a woman and her boyfriend, that for some reason has to happen through his control. She even says "M" and nods in his direction, and earlier in the conversation she uses her left hand to point to someone standing to her right.
    When she says "They do everything here" it's because she's in shock at being sexually assaulted and threatened. When she said "I won't come back from here" is because she was threatened.
    During the phone call with her boyfriend she repeatedly says "They're here I can't say". It means she can't tell her boyfriend what they did to her or threatened her with, because they're standing there recording her and would have hurt her if she'd told on them.
    It's like when kidnappers record a video of their victim claiming they're okay; the kidnappers always hold the camera/phone and do the recording.
    And why would a tour guide be around her all day every day? Have you ever gone on vacation? The tour guide is around you while on a tour; they're not surrounding you all day and every day you're on vacation. And even if she had symptoms of mental disorder, how or why would a tour guide care? How would it be either the responsibility or interest of a tour guide, what symptoms someone they gave a tour to was experiencing?
    Mahmoud K did it to her, he saw an easy target and did whatever scummy shit he could to her.
    And what did the Coroner's report say? Surely Egypt has coroners would have done toxicology tests to find out if there was any kind of a drug in her system, and any drug in her body would mean she was drugged because she didn't have a history of mental disorder and obviously wouldn't have voluntarily taken drugs. And what does the coroner say the official cause of death is?
    And Egyptian authorities will pass it off as a suicide because a white woman being sexually assaulted and murdered is really bad for tourism. Even if she was just sexually assaulted by one person, or if she was being trafficked, that hotel, that city and even that country could lose tourism money.
    They managed to keep her in Egypt and prevented her from catching a flight back to Poland. And when they knew a friend of her's would be there the next day, she supposedly jumped out of a window. She'd have been home safe in Poland, but they managed to keep her from taking a flight.
    And jumping out of a second floor window wouldn't kill anyone. Literally any human being could jump or fall out of a window from 20 feet, and only in extremely rare cases would it kill anyone. If she'd jumped out of that window she'd have had some broken bones, bruises, maybe a concussion. Nobody would die from such a small fall. She was already dead when she was thrown out of the window by a sex offender and/or human trafficker.
    I think that because she was a white woman travelling alone that she was an easy target for some real scumbags.

    First of all im from Poland so im sorry for my english. Im so happy that Magda's case is getting more and more popular-because of the truth is about to be revealed.
    There are some more things to tell about. We have the acces to the reccordings of cameras located outside and inside the second hotel where she was taken to. (The one where Magda died)
    And the video is probably fake... She died on saturday and the video is from... Thursday and the time is completly different. The clock located In the hall is covered by a yellow mark. Magda was supposed to be unconscious when she got there but she moves her legs, arms and head. She also was supposed to broke her leg in 3 places and she moves that leg. Her hair colour is different on the video and she has a big tattoo on her arm that appeared from nowhere. The doctors arent in hurry, its like they were taking a walk. Its so strange for us and nobody from Poland believes that she killed herself. If you need more informations i can help you with finding them and translating them. I hope we will find the truth one day.
    And the last thing is that one of her 'friends' is conntected with 2 very popular cases where one gril Iwona Wieczorek was kidnapped 7 years ago and never found. The other one is that a popular model Karolina Kaczorowska killed herself In a hotel. Kamil was her boyfriend.

    Hi, I am Polish and I can add few things. This wasn't full recording. Before in front of Magda's room somebody took Magda's bag from her and looked inside, she tried to run from this people or hospital. After that is all action in corridor. At the night Magda arrived in the hotel she went to the bar in hotel. Two hotel workers ask Magda if they can join. She was there for 2 hours. German couple saw her in bad state but she had only one drink. Those two workers took Magda somewhere. When this German couple finished spending time in hotel bar they saw those two workers enter Magda's room but when they knock nobody answer. Same night Magda called Her boyfriend saying someone is in her room. On this long recording that Marcus made Magda is saying really quiet that she was raped. Video was enhanced and you can hear that. I'm really happy that You talk about this. Not just because of Magda but all women traveling alone with kids or even friends and husband's should be careful. Sorry for my English. There's something about watching CCTV and hearing phone calls of a person who has hours to live. It's really chilling. I have female friends who have travelled the globe and Egypt is high on the list of countries single females need to be extra vigilant in.
    Personally, I think this is not a suicide; and the body language of the two men in the hospital stinks to high heaven. You mention the guy doing some kind of weird ass yoga pose but also before that when the check shirt guy is bending over Magdalena under the window. As the hospital staff come around the corner he steps back and IMO takes up a guilty "it wasn't me" pose. Who took the photo of her lying in her bed? Where was her phone? She looks drugged and I hope the autopsy can shed more light on what drugs were in her body. Glucose drip? Isn't that given for dehydration? The injuries too. Is it possible she jumped to try to get to the ledge hence the injuries only being on the left side of her body but then again how could she jump if she was tied to the bed. Tied to the bed with towels!! Seriously? There are so many questions.
    Thanks John for highlighting a case that would NEVER come across my radar. Have a good weekend.

    • @billslocum9819
      @billslocum9819 7 лет назад +28

      Perhaps it's all lost in translation, but it feels like these two men are hovering over her not to protect her but to keep her from saying too much to the hospital staff. Was she being drugged in an effort to rape her and/or extort money from her boyfriend, and reacted to the drugs in a way that wasn't expected?

    • @neuralmute
      @neuralmute 7 лет назад +20

      I was watching those men who weren't wearing scrubs very carefully too. From my own experiences with psych patients and all the people who care for them, those men were behaving like they had absolutely 0 understanding of how do handle someone in crisis. It's like handling a wounded animal. If you make any sudden move that could be read as aggression, they'll lash out in pain. These guys body language was very proprietary; full of dominance and possessive gestures toward her. I wish like hell we knew what was being said in that hallway, and by whom...
      As for those photos, she could be unconscious, or close to it, or drugged out of her tree. With her face covered, she could have on full clown makeup and we wouldn't know. But those men look far too casual about the situation. I think Maxine has a good point about the behaviour of the men from the hotel, and the fact that solo female travellers are cautioned to take extra care in Egypt. I know that as a small woman, it's not a country I'd ever visit alone. Those men drugged her and did something to her at the hotel. Was she raped or targeted for trafficking? Who knows? But I have a feeling that her waking up, causing a fuss, and actually getting on a phone wasn't part of their plan, whatever it was. No most likely, if they'd had their way, she'd have simply disappeared, and this messy death is a result of a sloppy attempt to cover their asses.
      Oh, and about using towels as restraints - it's fairly commonly done when medical restraints aren't avaliable, because they're too thick and soft for a patient to hurt themselves with.

    • @neuralmute
      @neuralmute 7 лет назад +14

      That's exactly the feeling I'm getting from the situation. I think that her becoming semi-lucid and getting to a phone was what threw a wrench into whatever was going on there.

    I am following this case from the beginning. Yes, I am Polish, but I do not live in Poland at the moment. The most teryfing part of her conversation with boyfriend was when she says: I will not come back from here.. And her boyfriend answering calmly without hesitation : yes, you will come back. He was not surprise, she said that? Just this small litlle part bothered me for some reason. I know we are all different, we react different. But I thought, my reaction would be: what are you talking about? why would you not come back? While he just saying calmly: You will come back. I understand he was probably calm her dawn but... I am working in psychiatric settings. I have degree in psychology and forensic psychology. For me, this girl is not mentally ill. She is scared and traumatised. She didn't commited suicide. She was trying to escape. From whom, or from what? We may never find out. This is just my opinion, based only on the footages I've seen. I might be totally wrong. I know it’s been a while but that really tripped me up. I know everyone “reacts differently” but when someone is upset or agitated and says something ominous like that the natural response is to ask “Why? What’s going on? What do you mean you can’t/won’t come back?” As humans we hate uncertainty, so it makes sense and aligns with uncertainty reduction theory, that when in a situation like this we would be significantly more likely to inquire than to reassure. We want to know what’s going on, and saying something like “You’re coming home” implies he is calm and knows what’s going on in the situation. It points to his involvement. A lot of the dialogue between her and her boyfriend seems unnatural.

    The fact that the boyfriend uses the phrase “so I can use this as evidence” (paraphrasing) is very unsettling to me. He says the word “evidence” as though he is fully certain a crime is occurring or had occurred. That’s just odd to me that he would make it a point to state that. It doesn’t sound normal for someone getting a call like that to have that train of thought but who knows. I get a very bad feeling he was in on it. I wouldn’t be surprised if he truly did deny somebody who tried to buy the tickets because he was using the attempt at selling them as a cover.

      "He says the word “evidence” as though he is fully certain a crime is occurring or had occurred."
      I noticed that too. And at the same time he pretends that he doesn't understand what's going on. Plus his mood doesn't suit the situation. It doesn't have to mean something, stress can express itself in different ways. But he talks to her like a child, does not seem particularly concerned and mostly ignores the obvious: It looks that she cannot speak openly in the presence of these people. The dialogue at 9:36 for example. How can he not get the idea that she may not be able to speak freely?!
      And still she gave signs with her fingers, moved her lips and body - or even whispered into the phone. And he's like: "Angel, angel, don't be scared, tell me what's going on." - while she exactly does that! Telling him what is going on. But he doesn't really respond to her words. His behavior is at least very weird and unusual. Maybe she even felt that something may be wrong with her boyfriend, but otherwise had no lifeline to hold on to... he had to talk with M before so he can prepare to record videocall. And this record is also made by different person than her boyfriend.
      Also he pushed her 40x times with "say it say it say it". He knows and tries to push er to say it to see if she does.
      I think Mr. M told him she can live if she shuts her mouth and they arranged this trap. Trying to see if she says that they did bad things to here even tho she knows she will get killed.
      But when she said "M" as a hint, they were all aware that she is trying to trick and fuck them all after escaping to home country and will say everything.
      Thats why the other guy in the end says "that she is a fool".
      They saw that she is trying to sell them out.

    on top of the drugs g iven by someone else nad injuries it could be final for her
    2) 17.01.2016 died Polish model Karolina Kaczorowska. She was coming as well from Wroclaw. was very succesful.did International career. for her 30th birthday she has invited her friends to a hotel in Karpacz (Polish popular mountain resort) .They Had the party in this hotel and left the next Day while she stayed there for another night. when her friends wanted to say goodbye to her, her
    bf (a friend of Marcus who was bf of Magdalena) said she is sleeping. cctv does not show any man entering and leaving the room during the whole day. if you watch the conversation with Marcus, he gets a call from Złoty (nickname of Karolinas bf).Karolina apparently hanged herself with a wire of hair straighter. Of course only police believes this story. At midnight the Security Worker from the hotel Was hearing how Her dog is barking like crazy.unfortunately he did not enter the room.the cleaners have found her body in the morning. the same time from her flat in Wroclaw someone took 500 000 pln (100 000 pounds) and jewelery. she seemed to know Marcus. A month after she died Marcus starter to meet Magda. Karolina told before her sister she is scared of her New neighbours.they Control her nad she fearS for the Life of her parents.she broke contact to her parents. these guys knew both girls and These girls both died within 14 months.

      Well, SHE bought the tickets, as a surprise trip for his birthday. Friends of mine have surprised each other in this way too...and it probably didn't occur to her that his passport could be expired...! So, until here it seems normal...then, he tries to get the passport fixed, fails. Tries to sell the tickets, but fails. She then decides she doesn't want the money to go to waste, but fly alone. It's not uncommon until here, to me, but I definitely think it's dangerous to go alone to Egypt, as a woman. Gangrape is called "Taharrusch" there, a big joke for the men involved, who think that a Western woman travelling alone is asking for SOMETHING....but the victim is likely to end up in shock, panic, and trauma. I could imagine that this is what happened, hence her tears and tension, her fetal position on the ground, she was robably drugged and abducted onto a yacht from where her phone was located after a visit to a club in the night, where rich Arabs commonly hang out....who knows. You're right, it seems fishy,...

    Having been to Egypt several times I can definitely say there is a dark sexual under belly to its tourist resorts. The Egyptian men see western white females as easy prey and are relentless in there pursuit of them. Even my daughter who was 11 at the time was followed and approached by Egyptian men well into middle age. Nearly all staff I came into contact with at the resorts and airports are male. And there is a lot of young blonde Russian sex workers there catering for wealthy Egyptian and Western men. The country itself is beautiful and I'm glad I visited but I would never go alone, or even in a female only group.

      "There is a dark sexual underbelly to its tourist resorts" That hits it.
      I went to Hurghada for diving with two friends. As already said before - the country is wonderful and the Egyptian culture is rich. But my female companions were constantly harassed, which was extremely difficult as I am actually an introverted person. Basically, the girls couldn't do anything outside of the hotel complex without me (which helped, but only a little). It was exhausting and stupid. A man across the street touched his crotch in front of the girls. Guys were shouting after us all the time: "Habibi!", "I want to marry you.", "Where are you from?!" or: "You have nice ladies!!". Although it sounds like the girls were mostly bombed with compliments... there was something in this behavior that automatically put me on the alert. It's hard to describe. I put it this way: What sounds like fun on the outside was very serious on the inside. And I can well imagine how such a mood could theoretically evolve into a "Taharrush" under the wrong circumstances.
      However, there was definitely an invisible line that was not crossed. No verbal insults, no touching, no following over longer distances.
      But I think that was just because there was a so-called "tourist police" everywhere and the hotels are usually very strict with their personal staff if they go too far. Which I suspect happens very often. Even the taxi drivers constantly honk their horns after women (although there are prohibition signs for that everywhere..). When we got home it was a little tricky for me to explain, because if you haven't experienced it yourself, it might be considered as exaggerated. I have great respect for other cultures and other people's customs. But it is difficult not to judge such behavior.

    Hey John! During Markus' call with Magda, you can clearly hear a guy talking in Egyptian in the background. I can't hear much with the Polish guy talking so loudly over the Egyptian guy, but I listened to it multiple times and here's what I could hear:
    "She's standing in front of me. I'm telling you, she's standing in front of me. I'm standing (something inaudible.) We'll see, if so, her boyfriend's talking to her and calming her down and he's telling her, "Be quiet, girl, I'm coming tomorrow." She looks like she's going to do it again and ask for (something inaudible) as if she thinks she's going to do something or anything. (A giggle) OK, boss. Well, boss (the Polish guy talks over him here) if God's willing. Fine, boss, fine, I'm coming for you. Excuse me, I'll deal with it, please. Ok, captain Khaled. Mahmoud! What's up, Mahmoud, boy? (Inaudible -- the Polish guy is talking over him here) I'm telling you, in the end (something audible.)"
    The Egyptian guy's talking decreases from this point onward and the only time he talks again he sounds like he's either on the phone or with another person. He's also not audible at all. In the bit that I translated though he's DEFINITELY talking to someone on the phone--more accurately, translating Magdalena's conversation to someone else.
    Also, at 1:19 in the video call you can hear him say captain Khaled. I listened and listened to this bit for a very long time because I was couldn't tell whether it was captain Khaled or captain Maged -- but you could hear the "kh" sound, which is very different and it can be very prominent at times.
    Towards the end of Magdalena's call, his phone seems to ring again and he goes on talking. The majority of the stuff I can hear are "alright" and "fine."

    I'm Egyptian and I wanna help as much as I can to solve or have any lead in this case. So, I watched the call between Magda and her boyfriend and it freaked me out, not because of what she or he were saying, but because of what the Egyptian guy standing right next to her was saying, I translated as much as I heard and I hope it can help:
    -at the beginning of the call, he was talking to someone named Khaled and he was telling him that she was crying since! He didn't say since what. He was talking about her in a very sarcastic way which is weird for a travel agent, then he told him that he "let" her talk to her boyfriend but that he doubts that he's gonna do anything cause "his de*k is so small" I'm quoting. Then in the middle of the video when she said M he told to someone I guess next to him that he thinks that she's retarded.
    Hope this would help, if there's anything in Arabic you need to translate please tell me :)

    I had a comment - this is more with regard to the Elisa Lam case, but technically it can be applied to any case... If somebody has a mental illness / history of mental illness, it does not make them any less susceptible to being a victim of homicide... On the contrary, it would make them all the more vulnerable to homicide. Just because a person has a mental illness, or is experiencing a psychological break, or is having side effects from medication, does NOT mean that they cannot be murdered all the same. A positive correlation does not determine cause and effect, and it is not fair for law enforcement to assume such things. Really, to me this just shows an overall lack of education regarding mental illness, with respect to the general worldwide population, and in many ways, it's very sad :(

    As soon as I heard her say the letter "M," something just went off in my brain. I doubt this has anything to do with it, but I noticed that practically all the major players in this case have names starting with M...
    Magda, Markus, Maciej, Mahmoud, hell even the location this happened is called Marsa Alam.
    I don't know what this means; probably nothing. But man, it just scratches right up in my brain.
    Just something weird I noticed.
    EDIT: Just got to the part where John himself comments on this; whoops; leaving comment here for posterity I suppose.

    OMG. The fear that you can tell she is in must have been crippling. To me I think it's almost out of the question that she had such an extreme mental breakdown without a prior history, and it happens to occur the day she goes on holiday to a strange country by herself? That is too much of a coincidence. Unless something EXTREMELY traumatic happened to her to trigger it. I'm very interested to see what the autopsy finds. Rest in peace Magdalena. I pray she will get justice.

    Hey, I thought I'd give you some more details that are well known here in Poland-
    she actually whispers 'they raped me' really quietly, somwhere around 6 minute mark in the skype conversation video.. and before she says they're playing tricks she also whispers 'they murder people here'
    there are many suspicious things involving her boyfriend and his friends too, unfortunetly.. you can also hear them whispering to eachother through the whole thing- things like 'dont push her too hard, she will say too much'.
    I think its also interesting that both Magda and Maciej were trying to sell tome items like clothes, futniture and a car that they asked exactly 1000$ for. its like they needed money quick. ventually Magda's parents gave her the money but she asked them to keep it a secret. she didnt tell them where or when she is going.
    also: at the end of the video Mahmoud says 'fuck off' to Markus.. plus they're all friends on facebook too.. very suspicious... anyways Im in Poland so if you want some info or translations let me know. thank you for bringing attention to this case.

      And I am actually wondering what kind of travel agency employee is spending so much time with a single tourist. Even giving her his phone, and actually Magdalena is not using her own phone. Why? Other strange thing is during the phone call between Magdalena and her boyfriend. She says "M" and goes backwards, it is so visible she changes her usual movement when she said that. She even looked to the left where I think was this guy Mahmoud. I dont believe the theory about Magdalena's boyfriend guilty about something, but who knows. Not sure whether Mahmoud is guilty too, but he is main suspect from what ive seen and red.

      The comments in the background of her boyfriend and his friend says "don't push her to hard, or she won't say to much". There's nothing fushy about that. I would say the same thing, some people shut down more if you push them to hard.

    I think you're reading into what the nurse did with the blinds, a little too much. I work in a hospital and when we have to deal with combative patients, we shut the doors and sometimes the blinds/shades. We do it, so other patients aren't frightened or disturbed. It also helps the combative patients feel safe. I do think the guy doing the weird posses, was definitely trying to obstruct the camera thought!

    • @Hi-kq1vi
      @Hi-kq1vi 7 лет назад +2

      Indeed, she might have feared the woman might try to hang herself in the cords perhaps/maybe she had OCD? With a camera filiming everything it would make zero difference anyway. Don't really see the point of obstructing the camera-they have already been seen on it & nothing is happening, the medical staff are facing/talking to her at the time. Maybe it was just a nervous pose, the other guy she is going for looks somewhat exasperated at her behaviour.
      Still cannot see if they were rapists/sex traffickers why they would be taking her round to multiple hospitals where they would be observed by staff & video-after this one refused to take her & I believe either before or after they took her to another one who refused, they then took her to another one who accepted her. These are highly unusual behaviours for abductors/rapists/traffickers who want nothing to tie them to the victim-they would likely to drop her off near the hospital or on a street somewhere.Their behaviour is more like people that are actually trying to help her get medical assistance & stop her doing something stupid like running out into a road. Not to say they didn't spike her drink & it backfired. Autopsy would show vaginal/anal trauma & likely semen if she had been raped, we will have to wait for that to get a better picture.

      Yes, definitely a privacy thing for the patient. At least in the U.S. If you work anywhere in the health care field, you know there are about 20 steps to follow, with some of what I consider fairly basic interactions with patients! There's still so much about this, that's just not right. 😕😔

    • @alishasupertramp1401
      @alishasupertramp1401 6 лет назад +2

      True. Patient privacy usually trumps. Also, people can no longer be restrained the way they used to. Using sheets or towels to give patent some semblance of security is often all that can be done. By US standards anyway...
      And glucose, they probably just meant fluids, often containing glucose and other nutrients to see if that helps the patient.

    If she did jump, it was a last ditch attempt to escape. When you are scared for your life, it's amazing what you will do. I was in a horrible captive situation where it was life or death and at one point, I ran for the balcony and was going to jump for a chance, but I was grabbed when I got to the door and ripped off the door handle. You're super human from adrenaline. I have doubts she went to Egypt willingly like that too... very likely the boyfriend sold her. Hospitals are kinda a shady place in Egypt from my experience anyway, and I've never been to that part of Egypt but I find it rather odd she was at a hospital in the first place. You don't need prescriptions for medications unless it's a med that'll mess you up and even then it's easy to find a pharmacist to buy from w out a script. Hospitals just aren't used like they are in the western world.

    This sounds a lot like a Hostel type of theme. It's almost as if the doctors had something to do with it. For some reason I'm leading towards like, a possible human trafficking/slavery situation. Perhaps she hurt herself in an attempt to escape the thought of being stuck into some sort of trafficking situation. Perhaps she was being too difficult for her captors to maintain discreetly, and so they killed her. I dont know, very sketchy situation. I think the main thing here in hindsight, is that if you're a woman, do not travel alone in places where women in particular are held in a very low status and are treated more as slaves than as human beings. Be careful out there ladies, and gentlemen.

    Hi John, first of all thank for all of your hard work. I have been around for a while and never really commented since I am not from the US and could only offer my sympathy in most of the cases here but still I am loyal follower and this case I can actually give some (hopefully) useful input.
    I speak both Polish and Arabic so I did a little search on the internet for articles in Atabic on the case. Now from experience it is extremely hard to find reliable sources in Arabic in general and I agree regarding the article you read having biased information. I actually found an article from an Egyptian website eluding to the fact that it might be a cover up to protect the slowly recovering tourist flow in the area.
    The article actually compares Magdalena's case to that of Giulio Regeni. I did not have time to read up on his case but seems worth going into.
    This article as opposed to other three I read also metioned that the nurse said it didn't look like Magdalena was trying to jump to commit suicide rather to escape!
    I think if she was in fact drugged she might not have been aware of the hight or just misjudged how long down it was. More will probably be clear once the autopsy report is done. I will try to keep track of this case.
    Again thank you for the great work.

    Hi there, I follow this case and I don't know if someone already mentioned this, but there is a guy in Poland that analysed a specific part of the video (on request of his wife) where Magda talks with her boyfriend. Something must have happened while she was vacationing in Egypt because she did not want for those men to get close to her. It looks like she wanted to leave the hospital without those men. They look very controlling. She ran to the hallway and sat on the floor under the window. These people arrived and she scoots over to the opposite sight. It looks like it to me that she was going toward the window. She is screaming because she was stopped. She wanted to leave the hospital and they would not let her leave. That is how I understand it with her body language. If she was stripping her clothes at the airport, maybe she was drugged.

    As an Egyptian.. this makes me so mad. I wish I was there to help her or find out what was going on. I totally agree with most of the comments that a woman shouldn't be travelling by herself especially in countries where you cannot count on the LE. Heck, I wouldn't even travel to Europe by myself. I wish the truth comes out about what exactly happened to her and why she was so scared. Reminds me of the "Lars Mittank" story a lot.
    Edit: I was wondering why she never tried seeking help from other tourists over there if she was facing trouble. Also why only call her bf and not text her family or tell them what exactly is going on. I mean she did tell him to come and take her while that Mahmoud guy was there so why not tell him happened exactly. 😔

    I know this is an older video, but I have several things. In the 2nd hospital video, I think the man is trying to shield her from view, but is probably doing so as to not allow her behavior to alarm other patients or visitors to the hospital. Also the nurse does not intentionally lower the blinds but detaches the cord that had become wrapped around Magdalena's arm and in pulling on it (similar to what occurred when Magda did so) the blinds lower further. Final thing, murder in polish is morderstwo (starts with the letter m), maybe she saw something that either she believed was a murder or felt that they were trying to murder her. Not saying they weren't trying to harm her (for all I know they were). A bit of a stretch, but possible.

Yeah I hopped on and off buses, ended up getting arrested after taking cover in a church telling the pastor to look out the window as there was a dude with a bat. yeah safe to say I got arrested. I never fully recovered, I could no longer smoke weed either. Years of being a daily stoner, after psychosis seven half a puff and I'd be insanely paranoid. Twitchy...scary ! Sorry to hear that story, I hope you are happy now. X

      steven johnstone you are not alone. Cannot smoke weed either, or even exceed consumption of coffee, otherwise with high likelihood I become psychotic 😂 I believe that though there are lots of speculations around Magda's death. It is almost certain she had been experiencing a psychotic episode. The question remains: with a trigger in the form of drugs, or maybe simply as a result of stress? Flying/traveling is a stress factor .... so the story behind her death can be very simple, and all the speculations will show how creative we all human beings can be 🤔

    Thank you for researching and telling this story so well.
    It's really hard to find videos about her, that are in english. This case is really scary somehow and I'm afraid it will never be solved completely...

    There is so many unanswered questions in Magda's death, what I found really weird is the medical report from the Port Ghalib hospital, the portion of it pertaining to her "jump" is written in extremely poor English.

      Dont trust anything the media, government, police or hospital staff or report says. Thats the first rule.
      The covid scam should have opened up the eyes to everyone on the planet that show you the lengths these c - nts will go to to lie.
      Use your own brain and you will get closer to the truth.

      Kasia K some people hear that she is saying that she was raped some people not. It's still unclear. Her boyfriend said yesterday in the news that she never had said anything like that...

    I speak polish and recently watch via youtube the TVN24 news where they give view on Magda's days in Egypt and it starts on 25.04.17 when she fly from Katowice at 20:20 to Hurgard where she arrive at midnight from there she had to go to Mar Salam around 280 km to her hotel Three Corners , she check in 26.04.17 . Other tourist where saying she made the impression of frightened off somebody or something ,others said she was aroused or under the influence of intoxicants . On 27.04.17 somebody find her huddled in the open door of hotel room. We don't know who was recording the video of her in room and outside room . Then somebody give her suggestions to go to hospital but she don't agree , form this point we don't have any information what look the rest of her day . On 28.04.17 she is taken to hospital in Port Ghalib about 80 km from hotel , no blood test are taking, visual checking only . Magdalena don't agree to stay in hospital and she is released on her own request . Then she is taken by Mahamed K and other two man from hospital straight to airport in Hurgard (around 200 km from Port Ghalib ) in attempt to send her back to Poland ,when they arrive to airport Magda according to airport officer act aggressively , she is denied to go on board of a plane . Mahamed takes her back to hotel in Mar Salam (280 km from airport)from where video call to her boyfriend Marcus is taking place , Magda appear to be scared , she is saying to Marcus that ''They'' have tricks and doing every thing to her , and tells him she is not coming back from there , she is scared , cant talk freely. After video call is ended she is going to hotel where she is denied to stay there any longer as appear to them to be danger to other hotel guest , so Mahamed is taking her to other hotels but same situation -she is denied , so now we have 29.04.17 Mahamed decide to take her back to hospital in Port Ghalib again . Before going in she is talking to someone over a mobile phone (CCTV cameras showing her walking unsteadily around ,outside hospital , she don't appear angry or violent, in her surroundings we can see three man ) after phone call she is going in ,again cctv shows her walking unsteadily but no signs of anger, behind two men follow her , doctor says she is not in good shape and adds that this hospital don't deal with mental health issues . Next what we know about Magdalena's faith is the last recordings from cctv where we can see she is trying to escape but catch by two man Mahamed and his frend , we are guessing, and taking by force to her hospital room , after midnight she supposedly jumps out of the window , after 2 hours she is taken to Hurgard hospital (200 km) where she died . What do you thing about this version of events to me it have some holes or incompatibility with other people's versions, she was in road for almost her whole stay in Egypt .really weird.

      This case is surely somehow connected to serious abuse of that woman and to international criminal underworld.Magdas so called boyfriend or his buddies were according some sources connected via social networks/facebook to local arabian resident/tour guide Mahmud or others...seriously odd if thats the case.It does not change anything even if that girl was there willingly doing any sort of "services" for arabs - she was in strong shock and in fear of her life very clearly.Stating the fact that she will not come back from there is serious claim and i do not believe any bit at all any accusations that she was mentally ill...She was suffering trauma that escalated into tragedy ...if she really jumps that window is question that will probably never be answered without any particular evidence.If she jumped than there must have been real hell going on in that room ,othervise i cant imagine healthy woman even traumatised a lot to do do that...fact she was fighting her way out proves she wanted to live...if she would be suicidal she would not fight her way out most likely. .

    • @markclark2877
      @markclark2877 7 лет назад +3

      Also its very odd that every released videos from hospital cctv is mute without audio ,therefore voice.Most modern cctv's recording also voice along video records,hearing what she was screaming at the time of her attempted escapes could be key factors as well as hearing personel of that hospital.Ambulances are also often kitted by mobile cctv systems recording procedures and at least they are equipped by outside perimeter of ambulance and shell be recorded also voice there...Magda does not seem to be escaping from hospital neither from its staff - but from particular people there ,that were not members of medical staff (refering to civilian casual dressed guys) and one in particular - the guy who she attacked and was after during struggle in halway.
