Vin Di Bona Productions is an independent television production company established in 1986 by television producer Vin Di Bona, but the company did not use an official logo until 1987.
The sound effects of the Vin Di Bona logo from 1989-1998 used to scare the living daylights out of me when I was a child. As a child, I had multiple nightmares about it, to the point where I would wake up in cold sweat, out of breath, feeling as though someone was chasing me down the street....
Why was that the same for me 😂

I was scared lifeless of this logo and the Buena Vista Television logo as a kid. It was literally a dark tune. But then as I grew up, I realize it's only musical instruments.
The new logo is much better tho.
@@HavenKnight93I do remember hearing the 1998 version plastered onto the newer version. I remember becuase I was still scared of it
I was always calmed by it. You got to focus more on the pretty initial sound than the note on hold at the end.
Wow I actually loved this logo tune as a young kid. It was actually the main reason I watched AFV. I randomly remembered it after many years.This noise definitely has a haunting ring to it.
The fanfare (especially the 2008+ ones) gives me hair raising chills for some reason. It is indeed a relaxing fanfare

Funny I just came here from a AFV related video and I got a sudden memory of the Vin Di bona logo that would show at the end. Brings back nostalgic memories. Got to like that "VCR sound" to some of them too. There was something about the audio back in the 90's that brings so much nostalgia.

Yeah the Buh Rummm sound effect in the original Vin De Bona Production Circa in 1988 that scares the life out of us all kids while we were sleeping at night back in the day it was the same thing with me when I was 4 years old back in 1988 in the prime of the Vin De Bona Production Television Syndicate 📺

Somehow the music on the first few logos reminds me of the sound of an inward-swinging automatic door (as seen in some supermarkets and department stores).

Hey, does anyone here remember when the Vin Di Bona logo had a little orange cat on it? It was a live action cat, I only recall it appearing once.
I remember that too. It appeared on the lower right corner of the screen.

@@B01G3n1us yeah I knew it was a production error from copying the logo of S30E09. And the transparent logo only appears on S28E14, S29E15, S30E02, S30E09, and S30E13

The original synth tune actually worked well with the 1987 logo, the diamond appearing matches the harp note.

We had an old vacuum that sounded like the Vin Di Bona logo at max volume and more raspy the first couple of seconds you turned it on, minus the harp sounds.
