CT-7428 I totally understand it’s just an emblem. I also however have every halo achievement and reached inheritor and SR 120 in Reach and Halo 4 respectively. I’m not a super sweaty good player and my KDA is terrible but I feel like if I can get SR 152 in Halo 5 I can do anything 😂

In all seriousness, by the time I reached SR152, I had put in around 70 days of in-game time (the time on halowaypoint, NOT Xbox, as Xbox calculates gametime differently). Took me 1 year and 3 months. However, This was a combination of playing Warzone and Arena. I'm sure you could achieve this much more efficiently than I did. To anyone who wishes to achieve SR152, I wish you the best of luck. Awesome vid Luke :D

I remember the last time Luke uploaded this same video, with different video in the background. When he said it would take 'about a year and a half to get to 152", I was determined to prove him wrong. Lo and behold, he was just about right. F*ck.
I actually got it a little before that, because Legendary XP boosts mixed with double XP weekends were life savers. Still, I became like a zombie the last couple months leading up to it, and it was just too f*cking tedious. It's like Achilles, but with no payoff. I guess we're gluttons for punishment.

Joely Tacos At what rank did you get the Halo 2 BR? Because honestly, it's the one thing I want out of this grind. I'm SR62 right now.
Honestly, it's been so long that I forget. But, don't let make that be a deterrent. Ranks jump up relatively fast, until you get into the late 140's. Just make sure you don't jump the gun and go buying Gold packs with the hopes of getting it early. You'll end up dropping money at the risk of getting something lame, like a detached gauss turrent or something else that'll make you hate yourself.
Or, roll the dice. You never know. However, the safest way is to buy Bronze--->Silver--->Gold as you rank up. Once you've certified all the bronze weapons, you'll get a RP bonus instead of the certs. Same goes for silver, then gold. Sadly, the hype is real. The HALO 2 BR is miles better than the HALO 5 "tweaked" version. It wasn't great before, and now it's almost useless.

What do you get?
I got SR 152 yesterday but let me just say that the effort between 151 and 152 is ENORMOUS. That last 15mil is a major killer and depending how much you play could take as much as 6 months if you play a couple hours every 2nd day. I can tell you now it won't happen in a hurry...but you'll get there slowly. Good Luck guys (and gals)

norfanf is the cairo station in form of a sniper and the only diference is that cairo was a MAC platfom and norfang is a sniper, but with similar power

WZ Assault

Grifball is gone, it comes out only once every few months now.

I remember being an die hard halo player back in the day. My cousin had an Xbox and halo 2 and he was playing online. I got hooked to the game instantly and learned everything about the game such as Easter eggs, super jumps, unlocking armour, and watching mlg players on RUclips when I wasn’t playing. Walshy, kampy, ogre2, lunchbox, and ew snip3down were my fav at the time. Halo 3 was coming out along with the new xbox360 (back when the red ring of death was a thing) lol I grinded that game too. Collecting all the skulls to earn the Hayabusa armour which had the best armour in my opinion because it had a friggin katana, and 1000 gamer score to earn the security armour which basically made you look like a bug lol I even went as far as completing alllllllll the vid master challenges. Got the recon helmet, the most sought after helmet at the time because it was told that only bungie employees have that helmet along with flames on your helmet. The helmet didn’t come with flames unfortunately. Halo reach I played daily when it came out, got the inclement weather while rocking the inheritor helmet. & halo 4 I completed as well. Not my favourite halo but I was dedicated lol halo 5 is okay too, I mean c’mon that Achilles helmet is a flex. Lol anyways there’s my history, excited for halo infinite. I know I’m almost 30yrs old but halo kept me focused not only in the games, but in life too. 💯

Picked up Halo 5 again this weekend as I got nostalgic and figured it's the only one with a community at this point.
Remember Warzone being the funnest to play so I got it up.
First match was a loss; but expected as much tbh.
Second match was my first experience with Quick Coring and until this video; I didn't realize it was a legit strategy or anything. Holy hell it was brutal.

It's not worth the grind at all. There's no point in the emblem because your rank number is already on the card on most screens. I'd take some kind of fancy weapon skins or armor any day.
Now there is, 343 announced were getting a reward in h6 for reaching 152 in h5.

I got to SR152 about 2 weeks ago. I played about 70 days of Warzone (90% of that was solo queuing or with one or two others). It wasn't really worth it, since the reward is so lame, like you mentioned. If I read Halotracker correctly, I was the 248th player to do so. I think there are around 250 now. Keep up the vids!

152 is a reference to Javier 152 who was a Class-II SPARTAN-II supersoldier and leader of Aureolin Team. A strict leader and wholly professional soldier, even by Spartan standards, Javier and Aureolin Team were one of the most successful teams of the second class, which he attributed to his strict adherence to military doctrine and while others disagreed, they could not argue with the outcome.

I love Halo and about 9 months after the games release I stopped playing. At that point I was level 125. I started playing again and am SUPER disappointed that I stopped but, I'm fighting for max tier now!

Hey I just found the chart of XP for halo. So it takes 50 million XP to get to 152. When you are at 134 (assuming you are at the very beginning of that level) you have earned 5,710,000 in total. So you have a ton of grinding to do:) I’m level 140 and I have only 6,325,000. Once you hit level 145 everything after that is INSANE. Haha good luck

I found what 152 means in Halo. it is spartan Javier-152, Chief Petty Officer Javier-152 was a Class-II SPARTAN-II supersoldier and leader of Aureolin Team.

Spartan Rank 152 sounds to me like Payday:The Heist's Overkill 145+ difficulty in the sense that numbers make everything more badass. John-117 is a badass name after all.

The Mantle emblem is a good side reward. It would be a nice extra alongside a piece of armour.
The haunted helmet is pretty awesome but I think that the Recon helmet in Halo 3 was probably the helmet that everyone wanted at the time.
Social ranking needs a big return Halo Reach style. Sick of the numbered social ranking system, it needs to be a fun grind. Not just counting numbers

I literally just got 152. I got a lot of the xp from warzone, either solo q or 12 man quick cores. It really does take a lot of game time, and I wish the best of luck to whoever is on the grind
