this is my personal way to stay active and healthy through workout which doesn't compromise my home study routine: 1. wake up at 7:30 and do warmup exercise then perform light exercise through home gym equipments (15 min) 2. perform 5 pushups (jitna ho agar man na kare) and and warmout exercise summing up to a total of 45 min exercise bonus tip: bhaiya biklul sahi bol rahe hai bahar ka mat khana guys me do baar khaya and got ill fir kasam kha liya tha ni khaunga uske baad se i am healthy and doing good for my jee prep 😄

Bhaiya ek priper schedule banana hai lekin ache se baba nahi pare time manage nahi ho pata backlog bhi karna hai aur current bhi to schedule proper nahi ho para rabdndomly coaching se aake notes revise karne mai hi pura din nikal jata hai aur apke videos are very helpful thank you so much but a NEET aspirants tho par still I do recommend your camels to my JEE aspirants and even they get to learn something new
