My view on religion is simple. If you use it to make yourself a better person, go for it. Do the best you can with your life and may whatever you believe in bless you. If you use it to be better than someone else, you're missing the point and eventually you are going to find the trouble you're looking for.
I don’t think many people’s goals or systems are made for you to become better than another person but to become the best you can possibly be. There is nothing wrong with excelling at something if it’s accompanied with humility.
When I was straight out of high school I found something in the newspaper about a personality test so I took it, mailed it and was told to visit their office to get my results one day . So I go everything looks super official and tidy. Guy hands me my results, says a bunch of negative things about me and tells me "dianetics can help" as soon as i heard him say that without even knowing what scientology was at the time the hairs on my back stood up and i just told myself to get out, whatever you do just get out. I told him thank but I have to go and i just left.
I may be indoor due to the lost of my job or that my training has been canceled but I’m still a winner because I can put money to other use to grow other then to work....
Just read the bible, you don't need to be a member of a Church, you go to church to get friends, talk to people and also for prayer to get healed, many Churches pray for the sick and grow legs who lost their legs things like that.

And their creed is pretty solid. I think that Hubbard had some good ideas and good intentions, maybe sorta. When he died, like any other power hungry person, took a good thing and messed it up. Like most religions, there's a dark underbelly. I saw check out the books. Watch their network/watch their videos. Just don't join. 😊

God the Father gave us an eternal soul, and The Holy Spirit breathed the spirit into us. Its safe to say that if God is triune and we are triune, then it makes sense for the godhead to be fully involved in creation. I believe that we must be led by the Spirit, because this is the only way we will see eternal life and connection to god.
In my perfect world there would be no news on Tom Cruise & his Scientology beliefs, no Meghan McCain tantrums, No more media lies, No more stupid TV programs, No more mucas commercials in winter, my lawn would stay green, grocery prices would fall 50%, men would be nicer, and I could lose weight whenever I wanted too. Thats just a few things. 😇
