Yo, Tu didn't realize that, nobody else at that time. Because it wasn't something we as people didn't get an example of . Prier, it's a generation of seeing and learning from the last generation. And he the first mane stream artist that dealt with a mf like Suge Knight. And know people are aware, some cashed out, others succeeded. Been saying this for years. Tupac got caught up in the whole mix and though he created a legacy of the 'ideal thug' for many decades, it ultimately washed out the positive message and awakening he was trying to bring to the hood. He was another chess piece in the music industry banking off of hip hop and using it as a weapon against not only black youth, but youth in general. The kids nowadays may not be as brave, but many are ready to shoot on sight. New Orleans, Chicago, and so many other places are ripe with the aftermath of popularized and glorified hood culture thanks to the elites dictating the direction and image of hip hop.
