Hi! I noticed you say satellite TV. Do you think you would be able to bring a FireStick and connect it to the TV, or were the HDMI ports not available to reach

I stayed there a year and a half ago and had great experience. You mentioned there is not an adult only pool, however, when I was there there was 1 pool with a swim up bar and you had to be of age to be in that pool

While they don’t provide transportation to/from Cancún, they do provide free shuttle to/from Cancun airport, which is great

They require your room key to be inserted in a slot in the room for all power to work, including Air conditioner! So when you’re out of your room for the day you have to come back to a hot room. They refuse to give an extra key to keep the AC on.
