    It eliminates confounding variables. Usually, you remove confounding variables. They confound. You can't leave them in.

    so is the Randomozation population and Intent to treat population same? I am confused.

      No..ITT just means if smbdy was in sm particular arm initially and jumps or drops out..they are still analyzed as their initial arm
