    Thanks for featuring Auto Fanatic Holeshot we love that stuff however customers have been asking for a higher gloss single step version so we developed one. We have been sending out samples for feedback I need to get you some this week to hear your impressions. The overall sheen and finish is always a matter of personal preference some like satin, some like gloss and some like in between. The one thing about our dressing is the sio2 chemistry does deepen the tire but also helps bond to the pores of the rubber making it last pretty long for a non solvent or acrylic based formula.

    I've been running Adam's Graphene Tire Dressing for about 8 months on my 2021 Ram 2500 in the south Texas sun. It lasts several weeks, and gives a semi-gloss look when applied per the directions. You can apply a second coat to give a very glossy look. I apply it very thin and it gives an even more satin finish than the application Pan shows on this video. The key is to apply it on a bone dry tire. I have found that it applies better to a warm surface as well.

      I'm not in to shiny tires but some people think that's the only appearance for a finished look. I use Perl straight(Adam's hex tire applicator) on a really clean tire and wipe down after maybe 30mins. The second wash followed by another layer of Perl makes all the difference. I may not apply any addition layers for the next two washes. It just works.

    Very pleased with the Adam’s Graphene Tire Dressing. Similar to other viewer comments, the longevity has been very good, especially with all the rain we’ve seen in the southeast. If you want a satin look, just give the tire a quick wipe with a microfiber towel. Since it is a water based silicone, you can mix in CarPro Perl for a bit more gloss. Their applicator (that you used with Extreme Solutions) works very well also.

    I just tried the Fireball, huge disappointment. Takes a bit to apply and some areas did not want to cover well, gave a great wet look, after 12hrs still wet, slung off. Had just used retyre to clean the new tires. Could blame the sling on over applicantion, but after just 60 mile of driving in (70 degree sunny weather), it now looks matte and some areas are patchy. The Adam's is far superior in all regards.

  • @MoiFidodido1966
    @MoiFidodido1966 2 года назад +5

    The Adam's Graphene one is my favorite of the 4. I like glossy ones but the Fireball is a bit too extreme in that sense IMO. But maybe it's a sign that it would decrease a bit over a few days or weeks therefore look better and last longer than the other 3, so it would be interesting that you make a new video that would feature longevity tests. Do you think that this could be done? Also as you requested, I would like for you to test Opti-Bond Tire Gel as well as McKee's 37 Gloss Tire Gel SiO2 Enhanced please. By the way, are all the ones you put to the test water-based? :-)

    My personal preference is a satin finish, so I prefer the Auto Fanatic or the Xtreme Solutions of the four you tested. My go to is Aero Cosmetics Rubber Care. I needed a product to restore a tyre that was turning brown and oxidised. Found Aero Cosmetics Rubber Care on Amazon with 4.5 stars and 2000 reviews. Gave it a shot and never looked back! It restored the tyre instantly and looked great! It gives a nice dark satin finish, conditions and protects the rubber, and lasts for weeks! So durable! I think it was developed for the aerospace industry. Would love for you to put it in your next test Pan, I think you'll like it! Tire dressings for me have been a pain because I have an offroad truck with big, knobby sidewalls. For 3 years I used Gyeon Q2 Tire because it lasts 3-4 months. But it's greasy when wet and can be streaky if not done carefully, but done with care has awesome look. 7 months ago I switched to Lone Star Tire coating and really like it. A little easier to use than Gyeon, not as greasy, looks about the same and easily lasts 6 months plus.

After trying about 8 different products I tried Griot's Black Satin tire dressing..it's a spray can. I applied it then rubbed it a bit with a cheap micro fiber towel. It's been 6 weeks and there's still visual evidence it's there. It's a muted satin look as if the tire is new and showroom ready. Quite impressive long lasting product.

    My current favorites are Gyeon Tire and Carpro Pearl. The Gyeon dressing can last for multiple wash sessions as long as you do not scrub hard with a stiff brush. Its a little too shiny but acceptable. The Gyeon Pearl has a fantastic matte finish, but not as durable. However for the price and the fact you can use on exterior trim and interior panels and seats at different dilution ratios. its a winner. I would like to see you review Fireball"s satin wheel wax.

    Xtreme Solutions is my style but would pick either Auto Fanatic Adams for those wanting a bit more sheen. I too have started with VRP and still think it is a good product but finding the 303 Tire Shine a really impressive product.

    I have tried Adam’s and Auto Fanatic. Depends on your preferences, but the reapplication of Adam’s after cleaning the tires is best for me. The dirt gets removed, but the Adam’s kind of lingers on/in the tire…so it is already “primed”. Not much product needed when you reapply.

      They all last 2 to 4 weeks for me. Durability isn't of outmost importance to me, as I clean my car twice weekly, and application is a breeze. But there are too many variables for tire dressing durability: prep, application, what environment you're in, where you live, mileage driven, garage kept vs kept outside, daily driver vs weekend driven, etc.
      If durability is the most important thing for you, skip all dressings, and go for a tire coating. They cost way more, but last for months. Like CarPro BlackOut I tested on my channel.

    Both the Fireball and Adam’s for the right shine if you like. I have been using Dura coating for longevity and it works really good in all weather conditions. I like the 303 tire coating in the spray can. It is one of the few that leaves a satin finish in spray can. Having a truck with tires that have big aggressive tire walls, a foam applicator pad would take a lot of time to apply evenly. With the 303 you spray the tire, wipe off the over spray and forget it.

    I'm currently using VRP but I have Fireball High Gloss in my cart before watching this as I wanted a product that lasts longer, now I don't know. 🤷🏻‍♂️
    Will you have a longevity update since this was filmed in August? 🤔
    It would be interesting to see the whole tire coated and one half side buffed, especially the high gloss, to see how that changes gloss levels and longevity compared to the other. I'd be more inclined to get a higher gloss if it had a longer lasting and perhaps diminishing shine between applications.

    Maybe the test should have been divided into oil and water based products. Fireball has a water based product called Trim & Tire which is not as glossy but sets to a completely non tacky finish with a high SiO2 content. It also defines Tire surface details better. Fireball also has a super glossy tire dressing with a pearl added for a highlight appearance under certain lighting conditions called Tire SiO2 Janus. A comparison between Fireball's 4 Tire dressings would be a good watch.
