There are mistakes in the video. Especially about widow's share. Widow will get only ⅛ share if lineal descendants are present. In 7:18 you said widow will get ¼ and son and daughter share in 2:1 ratio. I think it's wrong.
Hello nice video.. I have a question regarding rule of exclusion when the deceased person has 2 sons and a daughter .But the daughter has expired, and she is married but has no children.
galat para rahe hai, sorry to say In shia law, you said wife will get 1/4 when there is son,daughter, few minutes later you are saying wife will get 1/8 in the presence of son and daughter. Also you mentioned in sunni law wife will get 1/4 when there is a daughter present. Sorry, I didn’t continue after 12:21 minutes. So disappointing 💔
It seems to be a very good presentation but I humbly suggest that it should be done in English then translation to ensue. This is more the case when I can bet all those below 60 speak English in India or Pakistan. This destroys the whole purpose as it is in Urdu.
