Thank you so much for the straight forward instructions. The diagrams are so helpful!!!!!! My favorite tip was to make all of the centers (the first two rounds) before starting the rest of motifs. It cut down on the amount of time it takes to make the motifs by perhaps as much as 1/2. I took that a step further for each color set of motifs to do all the 3rd rows and then rows 4&5. It really goes by fast. And the videos on joining and finishing were wonderful. You are a natural! Thanks again.
after reading the instructions, then your video demonstration makes it easy. the diagrams is all new to me but after your explanation I can easily read it. tysm
You always do such a wonderful job explaining patterns, techniques, and color magic. You really know your stuff and share it in a fun way. Thank you! =^..^=
Great holiday blanket! Just finished both right and left handed tutorials. 😂 I got stuck on the last row. Making 84. Perfect to concept to beat the heat and be able to crochet! I love it! ❤
Standing back post HDC...😨😵. Thank gawd for Mikey and his video tutorials!!! I can't imaginge being able to understand how to do this from just written instructions despite being a primarily written instructions learner. The 'AhHa! Ok, I've got it' moment comes a lot quicker and easier when watching you. 💞
I made standing stitches and 'invisible joins' when starting and finishing rows - I think it made it look more even, but that's just me. I NEED to make another one as a stash buster. :-)
WOW, just love your tricks to get rid of those bumps....do you have any for the body? ☺PS adding cat/dog hair adds character, and you will never forget them twenty years later when you come across those hairs. (sniff, sniff😥).

The motifs bring me back to childhood ❤. Thanks 👍
Every time you giggle I break out into a huge smile, I love it!
A day without silly is not a day for me. 😂
I'm so glad you're explaining the pattern. I really appreciate that.
I love that you don't play loud music while you're talking. It's so much easier to hear you than other videos that are playing loud music.
I love retro! Beautiful blanket. 💜
❤❤ I REALLY need to make this! Thank you for doing this tutorial 💗

That is very beautiful!
Nice. I love the tutorial for the invisible join. I think I shall make one for the holidays.👍
Love your tutorials Mikey. It wouldn’t be homemade if it didn’t have dog or cat hair in it. Love your sense of humour. You always make me smile ❤❤❤
Love it! Will be my next project! Might be a nice seasonal lap aphgan for gifts!
Excellent tutorial as always Mike.
This pattern screams mid-century modern. Mikey, you're the first ambidextrous crocheter I've ever seen.

It's added insulation for cold weather! Also, you are secretly sharing the memories of beloved pets. It's a sentimental love gift...
Ok bit confused are DC in top of HDC and what are you doing with the chain space?
Colors not my jam, you kids have fun😊
We consider cat hair a food group. We currently only have 2.
Yep! Lol. It's part of the decor around here. Two handicappable kiddies, one three legged, one vision impaired. Both long haired.
Tried to watch your latest video but its private! Why?
He filmed a video for a pattern that was taken offline. He had to remove it due to not having the written pattern support.
