Today we prepared some super delicious carrot cupcakes.
All the flavor of a carrot cake but in individual potions.
A quick and easy recipe to make with oats.
- Ingredients:
2 eggs.
2 tablespoons liquid sweetener.
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence.
1 cup of oat flour.
1 tablespoon baking powder.
1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
Half a cup of grated carrot.
Walnuts.
1/4 cup skim milk.
For coverage:
125 grams of Greek yogurt.
Half a teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Half a teaspoon of liquid sweetener.
