Making of this potato fry Is very simple quick and easy even Bachelors also can do It very easily. It tastes really yummy especially with dal or even with plain hot rice. Preparation method Involves boiling of potatoes followed by frying of chopped methi leaves along with masalas , ginger, chillies and boiled potato pieces, finally chilli powder and Maggi A masala powder to add that whah factor to our potato fry. I am following same procedure to do aloo fry since 3 yrs. You can enjoy the every bite with muddha pappu combination. You can eat directly also without rice n pappu.
