Now i will say this, i bought an sas 2 ultralight and it was super accurate and litterally never jammed. I sold that original sas 2 ultralight for quick cash reasons in the middle of having to help a friend. One year later i bought a brand new sas 2 ultralight and the pistol isn't the same. The second sas2 ultralight feels very different, it hums or rings when you shoot it and it is not as accurate as my original pistol, i know it's a production mass produced gun so i'm not expecting perfection but the difference is noticed by everyone whos used it at the range. This sas 2 ultralight doesn't group as tight as the first one i bought the grip frame is slippery compared to my original and the hammer is just a flat bar unlike my original, the trigger on my original pulled at 3 lbs time and time again, this one pulls just over 4 lbs, it's not all that noticeable until you shoot them back to back, the fella that bought my original is a friend i shoot with and lets just say he doesn't want to trade.
Bul Armory makes great firearms. First time I see this many issues with one. Possibly a lemon. I however am exhausted by all the Glock clones. The market has become so flooded with them. Other than Shadow Systems, Zev, P80 and Nomad whos been doing it for years, these other companies should focus on innovation and producing their own designs. I get it, but it just seems like every other week, we have a new clone. Great review and I appreciate your honesty. Too many channels these days are posting commercials instead of reviews. 👍
I have both the Hatchet C and FS. I have not had a single issue with either one. I can't shoot 3 dot sights well, so I have changed the sights on the C to a hi-vis front and a blacked out rear, which is so much better. I put a red dot on the FS right away, so the 3 dot sights were not an issue. I prefer the Bul Armory clones to my Shadow Systems MR 9290 and my 19X.
I love the look and features of this pistol. I think its priced well for what it offers. However, after 2 trips to the factory there are still problems with this pistol, and this makes a person hesitant to consider it. The walking pin in this video and very inconsistent accuracy on the silhouette target are the latest issues. We know there is an accuracy issue beyond the placement of the sites as we see the gun shoots different loads to very different locations. A few inches is one thing but this gun seems to place different loads very high or low and in large groups or fairly good groups. It's just too inconsistent for there not to be a problem. Even a stock Glock 19 (which is mostly modeled after) will be far more consistent than this pistol. I don’t think it's Grahm shooting as even on a bad day for him he still shoots much better than this (and most of us)and again it’s just inconsistent. I think he's right in that this particular pistol is a lemon, but I also think BUL Armory should have spent just a little more time with it to assure everything was correct (beyond the listed complaint) prior to returning it.
What I like about you Graham is you give a company the benefit of the doubt during a fair and honest review. You don’t discount them completely rather, you base it on other firearms they produce that has given you excellent results. Something is definitely wrong with that firearm. After 2 returns, Bul Armory should do you right and replace that firearm.
Thank you. I like to think that's part of the difference between journalism and "influencing". BUL Armroy did replace the gun and said that is there policy if anything has to come back so many times. This also proves that they don't cherry pick media samples.
Seems like you got a lemon! To be fair to Bul Armory, I had a G29 go back to Glock for service THREE times concurrently. That handgun wouldn't make it through a mag of FMJ without having a failure to feed. Try different trigger pin or slide stop maybe?
Great Video!!! I just received the Axe C Hatchet, with the Stainless Slide... Haven't been to the range yet, but hopefully won't have any issues yours has had!!! 🤞 Luckily I'm only 4 hours away from Bul Armory, since they're located in Miami, and I'm in central Florida. Looks like a well made Glock Clone. Thanks Again for the Gun Review!!! 👍🏼🇺🇲
Bul has a C model on hold for me - still deciding. Little bit different buying directly from the manufacturer but their customer service has been stellar… so far. Completely accommodating and helpful. Six Twenty - A very feature packed pistol for that price! Problem is my ADD kicked in, in the form of Rost Martin at 2 beni’s less. too many choices!!
My Tac 4.25 Pro just went in for a second repair. Just under a month having it back. Took 6 weeks for the 1st repair. Did you get any sort of armour notes or parts replaced. I received a short email from office staff but nothing official from who worked on it. Thanks for your videos.
Eh, I wouldn't worry too much and I wouldn't convict it of mechanical inaccuracy until I tested it on a ransom rest. Yes, though, it's manmade and like man, it could be seriously flawed. I mention the ransom rest to test for mechanical accuracy simply because I know how I shoot anything "not a 1911" after a range session with 1911s. For me, and many other experienced shooters who aren't 1911 fans, nothing will screw you up more than a 1911. So I'd come back and try it cold. As for Bul customer service, could be worse. It could be Benelli customer service. Oddly enough, the best customer service experiences I ever have had have been with less premium makers. I've had Mossbergs come and go (never ever buy a 930 or a 940 no matter the price) but Mossberg's customer service is always top of the game. So six weeks? Eh, not so bad, not good, but it could be alot worse.
It used to be called one and four syndrome back in the day. Your first shot chambered by hand landed out of the 4 shots mechanically chambered by the action while firing the gun in a 5 shot group. Your first shots largely landed on target or at a level while your subsequent shots landed high. But, more importantly where is da chick? I miss da chick
I am one of the supposedly few people who have had a horrible experience with my FS Axe Hatchet. The barrel was marred with what looked like a grinder. It failed to go into battery with different grain ammunition (115, 124 fmj and HP), magazines, and different shooters. The gun failed to feed. The gun felt amazing ( ergonomics) but performed like 💩!!! This is one of the biggest disappointments in a gun I have experienced!
@GBGuns I've sent multiple emails about it and haven't heard anything back from Bul armory. , here's my order number #BA-QFZFY12 and serial number for the gun BAU-H700. If you are a authorized dealer, please fix this! I have receipts and pictures of my complaints about this unreliable firearm!
The first one was a bad one, this replacement is good to go (we just shot it again today). The five other BUL Armory guns I've reviewed were all excellent.
Wow this is pretty disappointing. It's one thing to have to return a firearm multiple times to have all the issues fixed. It's entirely another issue for it to take an average of 6 weeks each time before you get it back. So if you have to return it three times like Graham did that's a total of 18 weeks that you are without your pistol to train with and have for self-defense. That's 4 1/2 months! I hope you get a letter from the armor er this time explaining exactly why the pin walked out as well as thorough accuracy testing. That's the least they could do.
No Sir! Send back repair to new gun. Send back 2nd time to repair same failure. Shooting too high. Same failure re occurring for 3rd time after a few rounds fired. I'm speachless. After the 2nd repair you should have tested it for 250 rounds BEFORE you set up for this report. Speachless‼️ 👎👎👎👎👎 $525.00 on G Broker Maybe with the passing of Mr G Glock the design dept. will be free to introduce a Gen 6 with this great looking grip . And maybe the work force in Israel is a bit foggy at the moment - and in Austria product quality is calmly focused ? ☮️
I sent the original back three times and it was replaced. I always film right out of the box. This is one of four BUL Armory Glock-pattern guns I've reviewed (five if we count the failed one). The others were flawless. You know of this because I told you, many channels would not.
If you've ever visited Austria you'll find them calmly focused every moment forever...except when skiing and then they're just focused. Germans, Austrians, the Czechs, and the Swiss have a well-earned reputation for craftsmanship, but they seem odd ducks.
Thanks for another quality video. As for me, 6 weeks to get a defective "anything" back is unacceptable. If customer service was truly a priority, which is absolutely should be, anything more than a week or 2 is bad. If a company cannot fix a gun reasobably quickly, send the owner a new one. What if the defective gun was the owners only firearm....should he have to wait around until the manufacturer gets around to doing what they should do?
Parts have to be shipped from Israel (where things are a little busy at the moment). 6 weeks is about average for most gun companies, even domestic POF had my rifle for months.
@@GBGuns Thanks. I understand. 2 years ago, I shipped a S&W slide (only the slide itself) to be milled and it was lost. The shipper paid for the part. When I contacted S&W to buy a replacement slide, they told me I had to send in the rest of the gun because THEY had to install the slide, Again, no barrel or anything but the slide. The kicker was that S&W told me it would take 6-8 MONTHS because they were so busy. Installing a new slide would take an expert about 12 seconds, and a novice about 30-40 seconds, but S&W expected me to be without my carry gun for 6-8 months because of "policy." Sorry for the long winded comment, but ;that experience has tainted my view of many manufacturers who care more about money and ridiculous "policies" than actual customer support. Not surprising that companies like Amazon and Costco....who focus on making and keeping loyal customers....grow every year, and some gun companies spend their time whining like babies about laws or restrictions and blame those things for every issue. Perhaps if they made a reasonable effort to be customer focused, they'd have less to complain about and simply reap the rewards of a very loyal customer base. Seems I went on a tangent, but I've become very cynical of excuses for treating customers less than reasonably.

I thought bul armory gave this glock clone a 1911 grip angle.
Bul 1911s perform like the top tier models

To which company does the cartridge that sits exactly on the handle belong?

I am interested in this gun except I want the full-size model, the grip texture seems awesome. Thanks for the honest review

Welcome!
It's a PO$; if you think of the one time buyer or person with 2 and wanted to carry this...... NICE vid.....
I'm starting to think maybe it's a barrel issue. Change the barrel out and see what the accuracy is then.
How does this grip compare to the Zev OZ9? Is is closer to 1911 or G19?
What are the chances of getting another one for a side by side comparison?
I've already reviewed three other variants of the Axe line and all three were great.
Maybe a hatchet or hammer was used for disassembly to replace parts. When working on Glocks or clones no hammers are needed
No, just a time machine for Glocks
So basically, it's a POS. Sad because I really like BA. Great review
This is litterally the only ba i have ever seen that had issues of any type
Well, I guess they all can't be great shooters like on some of the infomercial channels.
That's okay, I wouldn't buy it anyway. Every Glock-pattern I have tried just doesn't fit my hand(?) or style or something.

@@GBGuns didn't know the war was going on during the last two times you returned it
No, but shipping from Israel does take time. 6-week turn around is about average with most places I've dealt with.
