  • Hello guys! Happy Valentine's day! I am here with a heart shaped mousse recipe today. It has vanilla mousse, strawberry gelee. It's easier than you think. And it's super delicious!!!! I hope you guys enjoy the recipe 😊

    Vanilla sponge
    3 Egg yolks (60g)
    Honey 20g
    3 Egg whites (105g)
    Sugar 50g
    Pastry flour 45g
    Canola oil 18g
    Bake at 375F for about 8 to 10 minutes
    (Baking time can be different depends on your oven and the size of your cake)
    Strawberry honey jelly
    Strawberry 220g
    Sugar 40g
    Honey 20g
    Lemon juice 5g
    Raspberry puree 20g (optional)
    2 Gelatin sheets (4g)
    *After cooking for 5 minutes, total amount was 240g
    *Yield: 16 gelees (Half sphere)
    Vanilla white chocolate mousse
    Milk 95g
    1 Vanilla bean (You can use vanilla paste or you can even skip it)
    2 Gelatin sheets (4g)
    White chocolate 125g
    Heavy cream 130g
    *Yield 7 Heart mousse. 68-70g per mousse
    Glaze
    Water 55g
    Sugar 105g
    Glucose 105g (Or clear corn syrup)
    Condensed milk 70g
    White chocolate 105g
    3 Gelatin sheets (6g)
    Modeling chocolate
    White chocolate 50g
    Corn syrup 20g
    Green food coloring

    Easier then you think?? Haha insane amount of ingredients, steps to follow, and work and effort put into only 7 little cakes. BUT. Looks absolutely delicious and beautiful 🙂👍

    Just notice that it was not the season of strawberries so I did it with mango and it was good :)

    Tbh, I read the comments before watching and thought this would be insanely difficult but it actually wasn't! I think people forget baking takes time and patience by nature.

      I think you forgot that not everyone has perfectly deep fitting heart molds with matching heart cookie cutters and matching ice cube molds.
      If they write easy in the title people will think it's either quick to make,with things they already have at home or a short ingredient list.
      This video checks out none of these things xD So I think the title is quite misleading.

      @@jos-josradvanji6203 I don’t think it is at all. I don’t have any of these items. When I think of easy I think of something that doesn’t require endless technique. Baking by nature requires technique, precision, and supplies. If you don’t have butter are you going to say the recipe is hard to make? Substitutes exist. I’m tired of people claiming something is hard because they don’t have every single thing they need to do it or every single skill to max level to complete the task. If folks think this is a super difficult recipe they should stick with making cupcakes or something because cookie cutters can be bought off Amazon for like 12! Baking isn’t some 30 minute one pot recipe to make for the family after work when you’re making a “fancy dessert”. If you don’t have everything you probably just shouldn’t make it, plus it feels really individualist for folks to expect everything to be catered to them which I see all the time in the online recipe world.

    It is definitely not as difficult and expensive cake as it seems to be! It is possible to do it part by part each day, for example, one day I made the gellee, the next day I made the sponge, later I made the mousse and yesterday I finally finished the cake by making the glaze. I decided to do a little every day because I don't have much free time, but I definitely wanted to try this. Anyway, the cake is delicious and I will do it again! I already had most of ingredients at home and the expensive item to buy was just the syrup. Also, I could not find corn syrup so I had to replace it with agave syrup and it was fine. I also replaced vanilla beams with vanilla essence.

      Красиво. Вкусно. очень похоже на советский пломбир. И я бы не сказала, что дорого, если делать самой, а не покупать готовое. Я часто делаю, т.к. муж и сын любители вкусненького. Да и на заказ тоже. Но я шоколад для кондитерки беру на ВБ, российского производства в килограммовых упаковках , белый 440 р/кг. Сливки в Магните или Пятерке. Сегодня купила в "Пятерочке" - 260 р (500 мл).

      @@DbnbyF здравствуйте. Я не знаю, не покупала. Мне кажется, просто новая форма выпуска. Я беру обычный желатин. Ничего не пересчитываю. Если у Вас есть Светофор, возьмите там. Он в маленьких пакетиках из фольги, по 50 гр . Я купила, оказался быстрорастворимый. Там мелко написано.
      Быстрорастворимый везде дорогой. А тут всего 60 р.

    Я думала, что такая красота не может быть легко сделана,но прочитала название (просто) и решила посмотреть. Это ещё труднее, чем можно было предположить- столько мороки, столько процессов. Да я всю посуду испачкаю, всю кухню - нет уж, куплю уж в магазине. Фиг сделаешь такое, если ты не кондитер.

      Я тоже так думала,пока не попробовала приготовить)тут самое важное-это приобрести силиконовые формы для заморозки,а бисквит или песочное печенье может быть любым,по вашему рецепту..но времени занимает,конечно,много,но,по крайней мере,ты знаешь,из чего это приготовлено.И пищевые красители брать только натуральные.

    baking is hard because i have to buy really specific ingredients and different shaped trays then after i bake once they just sit there forever lool i really hope to get the hang of it but in the meantime i love watching your relaxing videos

    Hello! I wanted to know if I have to use the emulsion blender in order to blend the ingredients. I would hate to buy something and only use it once 😭

      Put it in ordinary blender or the little ones for smoothies but a hand blender it's so helpful in the kitchen to make soup and purée and potage soup or if you make lentils soup or been or potatoes soup and need to thicken the soup to make it creamyer, you only have to plung the mixer in the whole pot and blend a little and you've got the perfect mixture....You can do so much more , I don't know how I could NOT HAVE ONE IN MY KITCHEN......And it's cheep to buy also , for $25 you can have one me I have bought mine years ago and still work like it's new and I use it every week since I make cream of broccoli and celery or link and make apple sauce so fast and other fruits.....

      You can do it in a normal blender, I've done the same steps for strawberry marshmallows before

      i doubt you'd only use an emulsion blender once. they're very useful, and if you bake often or even just work with lots of things that have lots of fat content that you need to use gel-based food color for, using an emulsion blender can actually make those colors brighter! theyre just generally very useful things i would highly recommend getting one, i got one for my birthday earlier and it's useful
