I grew up 30 minutes away from the Jacksons, I've followed them for their entire time in the music industry. I've been in cover bands that covered their music for almost 40 years. This was a fantastic, awesome performance, from the bass player to the horn section, the female singers, keyboardists. An absolutely fantastic musical interpretation of one of the great, classic Jackson hit songs. Job well, well, well done.

I’d like to give some props to the percussionist. He never gets a mention but he’s always there, track after track, in the engine room doing a great job keeping that groove going. Excellent as always
Yes i agree, you would be surprised how empty the music would be without him, but saying that, if you took any of the musicians out of this band it wouldn't sound whole, they all are so talented and not forgetting the awesome, fantastic vocalists.
First thing noticed how accurate the drumming was, terrific, nice tight band.

After being inundated with the music crap of today, its good to see actual musicians playing actual instruments. A refreshing change.
MJ is smiling! Kat Jade, your enthusiasm is just infectious! What a great arrangement and performance and the vocals just outstanding! Who else can get 11K views just hrs after putting up a vid?
All three of these woman are fantastic but Kat is so full of passion and energy in this song, she just takes it to the next level. WOW!

I saw Phil Collins more than 20 times in the 80's. Nobody did live production and pop/rock/soul/RnB quite like him and his band at his best. But this production is up there with Phil. That brass section is as tight as a fishes sphincter and the whole thing is just completely in the slot. Gees folks, any musician would be honoured to perform with you. Superb work.

PC had the world famous Phenix Horns when I saw him but these guys on the brass did a great job...
Ironically, one of the few touring groups that had a stage production surpassing Phil Collins was his former band mate Peter Gabriel. Of course there's also The Talking Heads, Peter Gabriel and others who were in the same league.
This was so authentic. The band played this perfectly. The girls as always looking great and their great vocals.
I listened to the music this band did. Shake your body was my theme song. The band especially the horns, the special licks on the cymbals, and the bass guitar were almost exactly as Michael's original. The ladies sounded great and are very pleasing to the eyes. I listened to their cover 5x. 👌 Nice.
Kat's snort at the end...brilliant how you all just have fun...Not to mention the talent chemistry and musicality. One of the best cover bands of all time no doubt!
Another amazing cover, everybody is rocking out, Steve Todd on percussion is so funky, horns blasting, girls dancing, perfect harmonies, it everyday
Pina, Nikki and Kat....you all did this one over the top of a Jackson song. This Band is too good and is on 🔥. I am giving HSCC BAND A Grammy Award, an American Music Award and a MTV Music Award, oh yeah and all of that because they're just that great
Whew!! Where to start? One of my all time favs... how can anyone not like this classic jam?!? Pina, Nikki, AND Kat Jade... OMG three of the most beautiful and talented singers out here! Well done ladies... sheesh!! ❤️ The arrangement was tight and the musicianship was definitely on point! Awesome horn section! C’mon now... who doesn’t love a tight horn section? Can’t forget the bass in the pocket... way to groove Con! Finally, PLEASE give it up for the Todds on drums and percussion!! Theses guys are awesomely talented at what seems to becoming a lost art. They hold it down and make everything go!! A Miami Sound Machine cover has to be on the way, it just has to be 😂 Well done HSCC... well done!!
It is very comforting to find a group of such professional boys performing our youth roles and accompanying us through the years that we will not forget until the last day of our lives.
You can't beat a good show band banging out authentic versions (with their twist) of awesome songs throughout the decades.
I never understood why more female singers didn't cover his songs. I'm sure Michael would've really dug this. Great job ladies & those wonderful musicians.

Wow, this was FIRE!! 🔥 The band was tight, horns were spot on....loved the jazzy break! And then, there's the lovely ladies! Pina, Nikki and Kat, you guys kicked ass! Looking and sounding amazing, as always! Kat, great ad libs, MJ would be proud. Nikki, are you sporting a new hair do? That white dress on you is amazing! in my theater room, watching on a 120" projection screen with my mirage towers and an 18", 1300 watt custom sub enjoying a whiskey. Ohbyea, the bass kicks, horns sound amazing. A good system does these guys justice.

I don’t know what these awesome musicians are feeding themselves but their creativity is off the scales . You took a basic disco groove somewhere completely interesting , and different and seamlessly brought it back to the groove . Brilliant !

This was one of my favorite songs during the Disco era. I loved the deep bass beat!
I used to go to "The She" nightclub in Dayton, Ohio every Saturday night and they would always crank up the volume when they played this song.
I went there to play Foosball and dance, (and drink).

I was hoping the ladies would take the lead this week and I was not disappointed! Kate, Nikki, & Pina sound great together! The musicians in HSCC never cease to amaze me and always do such a wonderful job. Always look forward to your surprise performance each week!!!

A very successful combination playing older version music with live horned instrumentals . The attractive and talented vocalists are icing on the top of the cake . I am sure they are booked with the older crowd reliving yesteryear but would not be surprised seeing a younger crowd with this kind of energy
I don’t even know how you popped up on my home page but I’m sure glad you did...I’ve just spent most of my Sunday listening to the most amazing band and performers covering some of the most amazing tracks...from drummers, guitarists. Keyboards, percussion to all the fantastic singers...quite simply brilliant...

Just came across this video again after 2 years - have to say that I really appreciate the current line-up of HSCC which are incredible in their own right, but it's fun to look back and see everyone together including the outstanding front line vocalist. The joy showed onstage is infectious. I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss this just a little bit. Warm Regards, Anthony

Wow this group is awesome. It starts with that bass player. He is just rock solid and his bass line he's laying down everything else it built upon. And the drummers and percussion are spot on as well. Then the ladies. Man can they sing and blend together. This group is just outstanding and so talented. Keep the music coming guys!

Early last year HSCC already had a Las Vegas show planned to kick-off a USA tour. It was all in the works and plans were made. People in Vegas were making it happen. It was all looking good and then --- Covid-19 happened. No one can do anything until the pandemic is dealt with, whenever that happens.

I love this song, done perfectly. Raises my vibration Kat gives me goose bumps every time I listen.
I think Randy is largely credited with the bassline for this along with Mike. But if truth be told it is one of the alltime best tracks of their career. Truly timeless. Makes me wanna just get up, grab my rolator and get at it.
