@smokewrenchgarage5420 That's the attitude my brother! We were in Maryland the 15th-17th for 7500, 10K, 7500 footbrake frenzy, I left home with mindset Friday and Saturday only, had so much fun those 2 days...wife says we're here might as well do 1 more day! Didn't come close HOWEVER HAD FUN!
@ That sounds like a load of good time. Even better when the wife is on board. There’s a couple of decent money bracket races next year I’m gonna try and run.
Love the dart and the content! I’ve got a 72 340 4 speed only ever run tnt. I want to bracket race but haven’t been very consistent with my times. What have you got done to that 360?
@@BrandonMilinkovic THANKS!! The 360 is a stock stroke, iron J-head, air gap manifold and a 800 eddy. The stick would be a little harder to be consistent but would be a load of fun. One of the best things to do is getting as much seat time as you can. that red Dakota I ran in the semifinals was a Stroker small block with a stick shift. Thanks for watching.
@@smokewrenchgarage5420 no problem I’ll continue to watch. The 4 speed definitely is a load of fun both on the track and street. I’m very comfortable driving it hard, but still I’m young and inexperienced my main issue was traction and figuring out where to launch the car at. I’ve found out around 4500 is what works best with sticks, anything above spins too much and anything below doesn’t come out the hole good. My 340 is .30 over, has ported J heads with 2.02 1.60 valves with 273 rockers, .528 solid lift purple shaft, m1 single plain with a 750 Holley. 4.30 gears, and super stock springs.
Awesome!👍
@@musclecarmitch908 THANKS!!

Solid work on the final round win brother. And you got your fastest pass ever right?
@@Duster_Garage Thanks and yes. I’m pretty sure it would have dipped into the high 7.60’s if I’d had stayed in it but I wanted that trophy.
