That B-league race was exciting! Wow! That giant jump by El Capian and Summer Sky was pretty bold! A league race was heart breaker for fans of Red Number 3. I like when you show us where the DNFs left the course.
Great course design!
Proud of Deep Ocean for not only getting back in the race but also not finishing last!

RN3 is not doing good this year so far🙁. Come on buddy, don't let us down!
Omg I used to watch these with my mom to fall asleep when I was in too much pain (I had chronic illness my whole childhood. Doing better now!) I MISSED THIS SO MUCH
And Red No 3 was never seen again .... Legend has it he still roams the sand dunes, searching eternally for the finish line .... 👻
I am a factoid nerd and I love the inclusion of the "Did you know?" stats. Adds so much to the immersion and history/lore of these great marble games.
League A: cheering for three marbles. And now they are 1st, 2nd and 18th
League B: cheering for one marble... and it's last...

What a race by Summer Sky! After jumping out to a lead early, I thought they were going to have a poor finish why all those marbles came together and they fell several backs. But that was an amazing effort to get back to the front. They really needed a first-place finish and they got it.
AWESOME B league race!!! Summer Sky pulled out a good win but my fave El Capitan had an AMAZING race and some great moves and has a good lead in the standings!! Middle of the Pack for Dragon's Egg over in A league, but also a fun race!
El Capitan is A League quality - hopefully they can get in next season!
The B course was much better than the A course. Was the A course just recycled from the last round?

The a league and b league are both amazing!
I did not expect the battle for the world championship to be between Blue Moon and Reflektor. Besides Reflektor’s 10th place finish in season 6, both marbles have been historically atrocious in the Rally.
And a classic move by rn3, hope that this means he now begins to win every race 😁

The weird thing about RN3 is that it clearly wasn’t the surgery. That destroyed him, as he did good season 5. So we may never know what happened.

This is not my RN3. And ELC clearly had a bad qualifying run. He's got A League performance in the B League.

My Comet is struggling this season :D Ghost Plasma also not doing so good. At least Cobra had a good race today. I'm so glad the 2nd league is back and I still can't believe Cool Moody didn't make it to the 1st league. I need to watch the qualifiers. Somehow I missed them this year :S
I was impressed with black knight fighting his way from last to 4th, but then Blazing Fireball completely shattered all of my expectations. Amazing job. Bad luck on that obstacle, but still fantastic job, and a muh needed result to show why they're still competing.
on a speed course like this, r n 3 should have flourished. looks like another didappointing season.
I agree. RN3 is definitely not on its game under these weather conditions. I still hold out hope but it's getting really tough for RN3 to make headway this season.

Tough break for RN3. Crazy Cat's Eye coming in 3rd more than makes up for it, though.
I did not realize how worn Superball was getting. Showing its age and experience. Hopefully can keep up the stamina through the season!

this has been a hell of a series.
Never in my life did I think I would be watching reflector in Bluemoon going at it this hard in the front and they just stand one point apart from each other with a gold in a silver meanwhile, RN3 is doing a horrible along with a bunch of other contenders. But I am also very proud of my marble Pollo Loco who stands in third, and this season is still anyone’s game. Not a single marble moved just one spot after this race, and only three stayed in the same spot. Everyone is moving around, and everyone is fighting. All I can say is things are about to get interesting. And can we all tell Comet to stay in the B-League he needs to stay there with El Capitan and just chill. But for race #5 I predict the winner will be…
Crazy Cats Eyes. Let’s see how this goes. Also can we talk about how robbed Blazing Fireball was this race? They went flying off that obstacle!
This is the second time that Wisp of Darkness managed to eke out a 6th place finish at the very last minute, hope they continue to be consistent from here on out.

Reflektor with a narrow one point lead over the winner Blue Moon after a rough start to the race and just wasn't able to recover... It happens... Move on to the next race...

Now we’re talking!!! Thought this was gonna be a pretty lackluster season, but today’s race had an amazing result! Gives me hope for the rest of the season...

Alright, we got someone who likes Mellow Yellow and my second favorite marble rally team Amethyst! I’ll take that!

Superball was in second place before the race. He gain 1 pt on the leader and is now in fourth place. That was a crazy race.
some high risk racing by both El Capitan and Summer Sky at times there, it was clear both of them really wanted that win. I think El Capitan was taken a bit by surprise by suddenly having Summer Sky up his ass, and just regained his composure too late

I've been rooting for Comet since the first time I watched Marble Rally but it may be time to consider retirement. Four races in and their best finish is 13th. But it's a long season. Maybe they're saving their energy for the grueling back half of the season.

That immediate slant to the right on the A group course at the beginning gave a HUGE advantage to all the marbles on the right while penalizing the ones starting on the left. They all ran into the wall right away while the right side was free to build up speed. You can totally see this in the finishing order compared to starting positions of the marbles on the left of the lineup.
I've said about this on every race. The start funnel cost ducktape first two races but now they are climbing back up the leaderboard fast despite the handicap.
I am sure many marbles will complain about the shoddy condition of the field, but I say it makes the race more interesting. It is no longer, that mere speed dominates but skill, endurance and - yes - even a small bag of cheap tricks. It might not be fair, but kicking the leader to the last spot makes it easier to get closer to the goal itself...
I told you! Blue Moon has been sizing everyone up, and now has all their numbers!
It’s just so sudden, how good they became. They clearly have some skill now.

Loving the season so far but my favorite 5 marbles are doing pretty bad lol. (Blazing Fireball, Ghost Plasma, Amethyst, Slimer, and Cool Moody)

Seemed to be a pattern of marbles comfortable taking aggressive 'off track' moves on the sand struggling on those wooden features.
It would be super cool to get a track preview before the race. At least the cool features of the day to look for.😊
A good put-up by Ducktape! Needs more races like that (and better) if he wants to really vie for success though.
Phoenix, what are we doing here? Did you know this is the real rally, not a bunch of practice rounds?
Ducktape was handicapped in the first two races by the start funnel. 3rd and 4th they weren't and look: both solid finishes

Blazing fireball question:
What did Blazing Fireball hit? I re-watched that section and it wasn't the divider in the middle, it was something on the near side of the course that was partially obscured and actually bounced them backwards a bit

Lollipop was having a great race and climbing the leaderboard but was pushed off the track, we need a points deduction for the marble that pushed lollipop.

El Capitan is having a generational run in B League. There should really be a promotion/relegation feature. Send the top 2 marbles form B league up and the bottom 2 of A league down. You could do it after race 5
Honestly. I think they’re better off sticking to the B-League. It just seems like a better place for them.

I think it is time to ask the question if RN3 is past its prime. That late-race burst of energy that used to be there seems to have abandoned them for the last season and a half. Is time catching up to this marble...?
