- Quarterbacks are the talk of the town in Dallas, as Jason Garrett makes his first career start in relief of the injured Troy Aikman against the visiting Arizona Cardinals. Also expecting to play is new signee Bernie Kosar.

It's nice to see somebody that appreciates the 90's uniforms of football. Cardinals had the best logo those days. It was nice to see a bunch of rowdy men rally around that innocent looking bird logo.Very entertaining to me whenever they played as a child. Always went for the underdog and it was funner cheering for them

The REAL FOOTBALL as I weakly try to use to try to win a old man competition & REAL MEN Played from 1920s to the 1940s.They didn't have lil face mask and motorcycle helmets, Frankenstein shoulder pads & all these lil protective pads.

The first game with Bernie Kosar, but is amazing that Jason Garrett would be the hero a year later in that Thanksgiving game. The Cowboys were talented to even put their third stringer in there and still put up those touchdowns.

The Cowboys would of Played NFL Veteran Bernie " Sidearm Cleveland Brown Starter & Free Agent" Kosar because of How Much It Was A Perfect Fit for Jimi Ball, Especially for A Defending Championship Contender Franchise who Just Won The Superbowl, but expected to Repeat and Were also Filled with Talent across the roster vs All teams Coveting The Lombardi Trophy, Especially The 49ers Who Were Not to Happy For Last Year's Unexpected Dynasty Success coming to a end to the Most Hated Cowboys in 49er Nation after so many years Of The 49ers in the 80's after Pittsburgh's Reign in the 70's, the Niners With Young and A Solid Offence & Defence Still, could of easily gained 3more Lombardi's in the 90's if it were not for "How Bout Dem Cowboys!!!!

The 1992 Cowboys team was my favorite Dallas Cowboys team that I have been able to watch but from overall talent, experience, etc….I think this 1993 team was their best overall team.
Completely agree. If not for Emmitt's holdout, Troy's injury, and Leon Let's brain cramp, Dallas would have easily won 14 or 15 games, in my opinion.

There's always got to be at least one trying to bring on the old man competition ! The oldest head wins well they just got beat at their own game by an older man. Not much fun is it ? Why we can't just enjoy all of it as the sport of Football ! Always has to be in old man tough guy competition.

What a terrible game! Troy is out. Dallas has signed Bernie Kosar. Cowboys up 17-0 at halftime, give up 15 and only get a long FG on a turnover. With 3:30 and no Time Outs Falcons start on their own 12. With a minute left inside the Cowboy 40 Kenneth Gant #29 makes two brilliant plays. He nearly intercepts on 3 and 3. He does intercept on 4 and 3. Cowboys escape 20-15.

Texas Stadium and The Hole in The Roof, But Alot Better than Veterans Stadium in Philadelphia. Ouch!!!
The field was sprayed with water to cool it and take some of the traction off of it to help lower injuries. Now the new field turf has the traction factor built in along with custom matched shoes and great drainage for the outdoor fields.
