Love the container in the ground hack! Going to use that! I do a version of this. When the bulbs are on clearance usually mid-late November I buy them and put them in my garage fridge at about 38-40 degrees in a brown paper bag for several weeks. As you said cold stratification is what you need. Does not have to be outside. I plant the bulbs first weekend of February. Plenty of time to sprout. My ground usually has thawed by what little freezing temps I get in my area.🌷❤️⚘️
Inflation is a killer. We are cutting many extras. We dont go out as much. Got some free seeds and we are going to do a small veggie garden to see if tgat can help tgis summer with grocery cost.
Saaaame girl - inflation like crazy while wages remain stagnant 🙄 I'm hoping to get a food garden started up this year as well! Also in hopes that it will help me enjoy cooking more and eat out less lol
I can’t wait for an update.

Look at your orchid!
What the heck. Your inside bulbs are awesome.
I know! I can't believe how quick my one amaryllis has grown! My other one is growing more at the speed that yours is though. Slow and steady 👌
