Hey. I just stumbled onto your vid...your electrical device(Outlet) is being exposed to grease build up especially since you don't have a carbon filter (Fire Hazard). you should have HARD WIRED(That's Direct) the fan. before install, flip the fan unit upside down to access the electrical box and make the connections by removing the power cord. the fan should run on 14/2 wire (15 amp circuit), if its a 20 amp at your breaker box, then you'll need 12/2 wire ( you didn't show that)
Not just for looks. The lights have been coming in handy and the carbon filters do an ok job. I would not go through the trouble if it was just for looks. What do you think?
Yeah I know. In my situation, kinda sux. Not ideal. However, you can blow the air through carbon filters and yeah back to the room. It's been one year we cook all traditional Mexican food, I can't complain. Filters do work. You can buy new ones or I just cleaned them out and put them back in every once and again. I am happy with the hood running the filters and air back into the same room. Of course it would be best to run it out via duct, but could not happen in my situation. I am not a professional home remodeler so guess I just made it work. After all said and done I love the kitchen. Let me know what you think? All good and loving here.
Yo bro...! I listen to your instructions and they were pretty wack. Stick to your regular job. I honestly believe your wife did it all. Leave the man's job to your wife. You did do a good job. 👍 By letting you taking the credit. Good night.. Mr. Will Smith..
