The Itou Junii collection didn't do much right but using the Pinballs and Jyocho was definitely the right call. This Pinballs bring did an amazing job with this song and I hope they have a prosperous career.

I agree. Junji Ito's horror isn't majorly about suspense or huge amounts of buildup. It's mainly in-your-face body horror. A slow tension builder wouldn't fit at all. This song is perfect for it.

It's ironnic how back in the day when I was young, broke and didn't give a fuck, I just pirated all my favorite music left and right.
