I appreciate your honesty and realness. Every time I see you post a video I'm like yassss " theres only one, theres only one, theres only one jess, only one jesssssss" with associated dancing because 1) your theme song is dope (shout out to all involved in its making) and 2) you are genuinely a breath a fresh air because of your realness, and humor and desire to be the best you that you can be ( which sometimes means being your best ***human***(which is harder as a public figure in any form)-self who doesn't always eat the right foods, or speak the best with others but still attends church conferences in order to grow spiritually and support your church, and participates in youth groups and friendships that can sometimes be exhausting (bc energy be running low frfr_ Jesus be a iron pill or zinc supplement lol) even if they are helpful for us and attend the gym and aim to be consistent vs the next gabby Douglas
Anywho i could go one and on bc I can relate; being 29 and trying to solidify my foundation in Christ, and who i am/ who I want to be for my future fam, in my career, for my current loved ones, for myself, etc, girl it be alot ooooo lol. So keep growing, keep doing your best, keep connecting/speaking with your husband and loved ones you feel comfortable with (its easy to shut down, i know from experience, but it only disservices you and those who love you, buttttt sometimes it also be like that *shrug*), its okay to cry the release is often needed, keep pushing yourself bc you know yourself and giving yourself grace where necessary all while involving others/ tech/ strategies, that can keep you accountable (therapy, vs apps, workout partners or ppl you meet through fb groups or bumble etc). Keep doing your thing as you are and as you grow because you are loved, you are necessary ( not saying this bc of your crying but bc its frfr true for all of us my girl, and nice reminders a good) and you're appreciated, even when you havent heard it recently or even when it's hard for you to feel it after hear it. I for one don't know your life fully but from bingeing your content lol, you're a beautiful, young and fit gyal still doing her ting ting, and you have great things (both the big and the daily mundane yet beautiful) ahead of her. Big up yahself and keep shining your light.✊🏾🙏🏾🙌🏾

This was me and hubby: I washed, clothes stayed in hamper for ummm, a month (I think…) 😂. Now that hubby is retired; he washes, fold his laundry, mine stay in the hamper for maybe 2 weeks at the most. I’m getting better. Yay me 😂

FYI these days you have to be on top of everything ppl are overworked and some are careless. Always find out what company your doctors office is using for lab results like labcorp/quest or other imaging services, make an account and view your results. I learned a lot about me by doing that, sometimes providers will not tell you everything that comes back abnormal until it’s life threatening

*Jess. I just feel like you need a Release. I sometimes take a solo trip somewhere, could be the park or even my backyard, play a song and just cry. I release in my tears all of the negative energy, overthinking and just fear of unknowing what's next. And when I'm done I say to myself "You're Ok". It is very helpful for me mentally. Also, the car wash clips are always low keep relaxing/therapeutic. I watch while I work so I just look and take a breathe of fresh air.* 🤎

Those that know KNOW! Body feels like it’s working against you, what’s for you will be for you. And, you can’t listen to most doctors trust me a had a condition for years and was going to the same doctor. Once I switched I got all my answers and it’s in Gods hands. God can hear you and will provide increase in due time.
People make modesty about clothes when it’s about heart posture. I wanna hear more opinions about that instead of the legalistic version of modesty that is man made. In the Bible they did not wear crop tops and thongs but they had elaborate jewelry and makeup which was deemed immodest. I would like to hear about that ❤
