WOW VERY CLOSE CALL 🔥 As a Volunteer Fire Fighter we had a very busy night that night up into the wee hours of the morning. Really enjoyed the footage of it. My brother and I just did a prescribed burn of about 17 acres today.
Our local fire department said they were very busy all weekend. That seems like a weird time to do a prescribed burn. The NWS has this whole area in a high fire risk. I certainly have a greater appreciation for all of y'all volunteer fire fighters. Thank you for your service!!!
Sending prayers for you and family and neighbors.
Thank you!
Goodness! That is scary. So glad you all didn’t lose more and got home when you did.
Us too. We were very thankful for God's protection
So thankful you got home when you did!!
It was certainly God's protective hand watching over us!
Hello neighbors! I live up in Mountain Grove and work down in Rockbridge. I heard about the fire and asked what the heck all the smoke has been about and they said a wild fire. Burnt up 3 peoples lands, 1 house and 2 of the 3 didn't pay their dues. So two make sure you pay your fire dues. it will cost much more if you have a fire. Just fyi. glad you all made out on this fire. It's been smokey all week along Mo-95.
Great to see neighbors on RUclips!
Maybe I'll see you in Rockbridge some day soon 😁👍
Thanks for watching! We are a good bit away from y'all - down in Arkansas. It's been fire weather all through the Ozarks lately. Thankfully it looks like we are supposed to be getting rain this week.
Thank God you're all ok Praying for you all😊
Thank you for your prayers. Thankfully God was watching over us!
So glad God was watching out!! Definitely scary
Definitely!
I'm a wild land firefighter and I'd recommend buying a backpack leaf blower or two for just this type of emergency. One person with a leaf blower can put in a lot of fire line in a short time.
Thanks for the tip and for watching!
