After life getting in the way stopping me from being able to play on launch, I finally sat down to give it a go today and yep I'm also an owner of a 7900xt. Exactly the same problem, guess I need to wait a few more days to even give the game a try lol.
I have a 7900XT and the problem is coming from reflects. Nothing to do. Just wait for a patch. I tried the game on PS5, but It looks so terrible in performance mode ... horrible. And the FPS are not ok too. This game is not finished.
Good news!! the visual artefacts should be fixed as of the latest patch, i cant test it as i dont have that graphics card but the patch notes say it is fixed, really been looking forward to your experience with the game

They are coming out with a patch soon supposedly, still sucks it didn’t just come out working on all systems
Are you playing with Vsync off? A lot of console port games can be very buggy when you play it with VSync off.
Its the graphics card im using, does it regardless of settings

I've played the 10 hour demo on Series X and haven't run into any issues with anything.
had same issue with dying light 2 uninstalling and reinstalling fixed it
