This is very helpful! I appreciate the timing of dairy recommendations and have been wondering how to “stoke” my fire more. Do you have recommendations for digestive bitters? Also, I heard that our arenal glands have a strong role in producing stomach acid, are their foods or supplements that help support those glands along with the liver bile flow?

Hi Natalie, There are many good brands of digestive bitters, but Urban Moonshine is one use. As for the adrenals, they are very hungry, so eating warm, nourishing food will support them!

This was very helpful, thank you! 🙏🏻 I’m wondering if I can use digestive bitters prior to a meal and then use HCl with pepsin AND a digestive enzyme as well. I really don’t seem to digest food well and my body loves bitters. I remember years of raw veganism with clear signs I didn’t digest a darn thing. I appreciate your advice.

Thank you so much, it was very helpful. A question: can I add the apple vinegar before meal to a cup of meat stock instead of water?

    Good thoughts.
I will pay attention to dairy in the morning. That seems to make sense.
Definitely noticed meat in the morning feels bleh.
