Look up tutorials online, follow artists. Practice designing. Its very easy actually. There are tons of tutorials online for beginners, look it up on RUclips.

no its not necessary although we are graphic designer not artist. for low fid wireframes you can use paper pen for high fid you can use tools

the bad thing is, although this labtop have a touch screen, it seems not so much handy to use it to draw using a touch pen, the most you can use it for is to grap your effects panels to expand your workspace!
