A good simple tasty way to make bulgur, once the water has been absorbed we like to take it off the heat and leave it for 10 minutes with the lid on the pan as for us this seems to improve the results from just serving straight away. Could you please let us know on what heat you cook it? Low, Medium or High?
I cook it on Medium flame , for 1 cup bulgar 2 and 1/2 cup of hot water , never add cold water
Cook it until water dry out and bulgar becomes fluffy
