I was watching this thinking I hadn’t seen this movie before but then the fairies snatched Ken and I was immediately thrown straight back to 2011. How could I forget watching such a masterpiece? 😭😭
I loved this movie I had it in DVD and I watched it every day even if nothing made sense and it felt like a fever dream! And a confession is I really wanted to drink the iced lattes with wings in the Gloss Angeles scene they looked so yummy to me. 😅
This is my favorite Barbie movie and my favorite Ken from that era. He's just ridiculously funny in this. Also, English isn't my native language and I watched it dubbed and didn't know, that Zane has such a funny way of speaking. And Roquel... she's just me throughout this whole adventure.😂
This story inspired me to cook up a story about secret fairies society when I was 12. It was a wholesome story when I was young. It turned into a dark fantasy in my imagination as I get older. Also, the fairies became witches as fairies don't suit my dark fantasy setting anymore. I still want to write this story one day. Hopefully, that day will come soon.
