I think it’s important to note how much diet influences an odor. A poor diet with a lot of processed foods and no water intake definitely has a negative impact on it

Today I learned that having an odor its natural, i used to hate my odor but I will always tell myself that this is natural. I even bought panty liners but i don't use them everyday Doctor thank you so much for this very important advice

Noticed that my odor radically smells different from the foods I Eat..The cleaner my diet the less odor..Funny I actually smelled from McDonald's 🍟 after eating fries for the week .. When i included liquid clorophyll in my diet it reduced all body odors..
Semen needs to be removed by douching. Semen causes a bad smell.
I hated my vagina scent for years and I'm a very very clean person but now that I know it's normal. I can put my mind at ease. Thanks Dr. C.. you're amazing 🤩
This is very embarrassing but I hope to spare someone the uncertainty that I experienced over more than five years.
One year I oscillated between yeast infections and BV after a dose of medicated douche. It was VERY traumatic as there was no diagnosis for more than 9 years. One doctor diagnosed me with lichen sclerosis after a vulvar biopsy. Okay so I went through a few cycles of LS medications and had no improvement in symptoms. I was diagnosed with uncontrolled diabetes and as I was getting my diabetes under control, the constant unrelenting itching seemed to subside. Looking good.
I had a change of location, so that meant a change in doctors including a new GYN, and she reinforced the diagnosis of lichen sclerosis. Okay. Began another round of LS topical treatments and in addition I was informed that LS could cause vulvar or cervical cancer so the Pap smears and biopsies were a thing.
Here’s the twist: my GP saw something as she was doing my annual exam. So she had a pap and another test done. The results were conclusive among all three of my doctors: genital herpes. The lesions were not LS nor was the infernal itching more than that. No one had ever tested me for that-EVER, it went undiagnosed all that time.
So now that I have a definitive diagnosis, I can go on about my life and follow doctors’ instructions for when I have an outbreak and I should be fine.
Well, that’s a long story made longer, but I sincerely hope that it spares someone some pain and anxiety. Do the simple things first! God bless you all!👍🏾✊🏾

I find Lume products are very useful and good for the vaginal health and your body. It was created by a doctor, the products are a little expensive but they really really work.

This video was educational for me. In the last 10 years certain foods , asparagus, seafood causes different scents in that area which didn't happen when I was much younger. I was embarrassed and thought something was wrong. But most likely my ph level changed over time. I've been to doctor and was cleared.

No, a vagina or butthole smelling like water is a turn off for real men. We like the natural smell of a woman. I was at a bar a few hours ago. When the music was playing and the women started dancing, the whole bar smelled like a fish market and I loved it. I don't see what the problem is.
Actually, not so true your vagina should not really smell like water. It should have a smell to it. It’s your own personal smell is more musky than others but there’s definitely a smell.

Are you married or with a stable, steady partner? If so, I have a health tip: have sex from time to time. Being 70+ shouldn’t exclude you from that activity unless there’s a medical issue that prevents you from safely having intercourse, or unless you’re widowed (for example) and do not feel comfortable finding a new partner.
I love my natural scent but over the years I've realized what messes with it. Bad diet/less water, hormones and certain soaps would interfere with my scent.
Also, after giving birth it smelled so bad I was not warned nor prepared for that😂😂. I thought since they cut near my butt hole to let my baby out, that maybe my butt hole was leaking into my vagina. So glad it went away.
Also, some mates I've had changed my scent and I didn't like it. It's nothing about STDs, it's just that they are technically foreign objects and their own bacteria/fluids don't mix well. Even certain condoms had my cat smelling funny. Those purple condoms had me smelling like eggs.

It could be from the urine. Maybe try different pads if you're using them. Try going to a urogynecologist they are very helpful with incontinence as well. Wishing you luck.

There is nothing wrong with sweating down below I had my first experience with a woman my ex-girlfriend has her vagina does and all I did was finger her I'm still a virgin I kind of like it when it's sweaty down below it turns me on it's the smell for me but I'll tell you this at first the smell that was that pleasant but when I think about it and I can still smell it oh man it is so amazing to sweat from it mixed with the come I can work with that

Sweating down there I’am older now all I use is water my underwear stay moist & the Oder. & if I eat seafood, OMG I wear cotton underwear but I still have problems. Will talk with my OBGYN about it. Thanks

It sounds like you might need to see an OB/GYN specialist. Not all Family Practice doctors are as caring and conscientious as Dr. Jen. Or knowledgeable. Try seeing another doctor if you still have concerns.

I had an experience with my first serious girlfriend when I fingered her I never had sex with her but I didn't know a woman have a smell down there till I move her underwear and it was real sweaty and wet so it was like sweat and come mixed together was that a good smell or was that a bad smell because I'm trying to understand about females down there I'm a man so it taught me a big lesson but I had kind of like the smell of her vagina but some men tell me every woman is a different smell down there but I tell you one thing it was pretty loud

It’s when you use a bottle or bag with cleansing solution with an attachment to insert into the vagina and rinse it. Many are scented. Talk to your OB/GYNECOLOGIST for more info.
