Serving - 4 to 5
Ingredients:
Rohu Fish - 500 gm (you may use any fish)
Ginger - 2 inch
Onion - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Garlic cloves - 1/5 cup
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder -2 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Green chilli - 2
Coriander leaves - 1/3 cup
Cooking oil - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste

Two tips mam, always heat the oil so high that a little smoke should start coming out, then put the fish for fry so the fish will not stick to the pan . 2nd, always make the gravy on fish fry oil, preferably mustard oil.

I’ve never tried Rohu fish until I moved to India. My Indian in-laws introduced this fish to me and I really like the taste but I’m not good at taking out the bones with my fingers.😅 thank you for the nice recipe Kabita-ji. I’ll try this with boneless fish!
