You’re obsessed with James Houston. So am I! Lol thanks for all the great videos.

Definitely. I just think it is clear that so much of the talk the last month is off base and unrealistic. He has outplayed other guys, again.

Great break down, Houston is getting better every week! He needs to work on his edge containment the most!

      @bigmike3007 Год назад +1

He’s so fast and I think sometimes it works against him. Once he realizes that angles and contains are his best friends he will be fine! And I think he plays that way because he’s not the strongest of guys so he relying too much on pure speed

houston is the BEST pass rush end on the lions

You do some fun breakdowns man. I appreciate you re-iterating your bias when your a fan of the player but your opinion is very nuanced, and necessary. Houston is a prime suspect to see if the Lions can take a player that cooks and show him how to clean up as well.

Just like we saw from hutch last year just by playing him more he will adapt to what they want him to do. He spent more of his rookie year coming off the bench in situations where it was most likely passing downs. If he could get the coverage down…. He will be a nasty player for us for years to come! It’s good to have this problem where there’s a lot of depth on the team and a coaching staff that’s looking to develop the players with taking their time. Houston is an animal being a gators fan I got to watch him play in college but when he left to go to the other college people thought he was dominating because he was at a weaker level truth is he’s just a problem like his nickname he earned

Love the edge/ line depth on this team. Can't wait to see what Houston and Paschal both do this season!

I love how much of a fan you are! I’m a lions fan so it’s always nice to see more coverage. I will say as far as Baltimore goes I miss the days of Ray Lewis and Reed back at safety. Some of the most physically brutal guys out there! Thanks for all you do bro!

I’ve watched him set the edge, he can play against the run. I love the reps-Coaches are accelerating his development. He’s going to have a big role this year. #IV1

I thought Houston was better containing the edge in the preseason than Julian even if neither were perfect. When you consider who he's sharing that side with, he's definitely going to be able to come in and just make an impact.

The way Houston's been playing, he should be a roster lock. And if it comes down to Houston vs Julian Okwara, I'd go Houston since Julian is always getting injured (injured in last game vs CAR).

He's such an exciting player, and I think he is proving how multidimensional he can really be. Looking forward to the next Lions vid, and I shared it as always!

See this is why he's getting all the reps in preseason. If he can become well rounded the skies the limit. His bend is freakish he's running full speed while laying down

I think Houston is going to be a strict pass rusher early in the season. If Harris gets injured, he looks capable of taking over that role. Great analysis!

The lions in NO WAY shape or form have any reason for James to NOT make the team

These videos are awesome, I was wondering if you could give any kind of insight to the lions interior defenders from this preseason? Keep it up dude!!

Whatever whispers there were that he might not make it were complete conjecture. Not sure what anyone who had that even cross their mind was thinking lol.
0% chance hes going anywhere anytime soon!

Yes sir another great film review. I heard today something about James Huston being reprimanded for why I don't know. But I also heard something about him being traded. In which makes no sense. But I'm not a professional football person.
Did you hear anything? And what do you think?
Thanks for your time, help and efforts. You and your family have a wonderful blessed evening.🙏✝️🙏
    GO LIONS 💙🦁🏈

Someone did a video stating he is a cut candidate and another did a video as a trade candidate. Biggest mistake if the let this kid walk, trade, or leave the team.

Anything Houston gets my attention because Detroit media won't do anything like this...doing my independent research I think that the Lions played the media a bit and most RUclipsrs fell for it. Not to mention James may have put himself in the dog house a bit. The Lions' DC told the media not to take anything from who is practicing with what team (1st group, etc.) and make a story about it. One source didn't listen. They made a big story of it which RUclipsrs here followed. Houston came out and said that his goal is 16 sacks which the coaches may have not liked.
