There are some modified and fast vehicles out there. When my '15 Q50 3.7 RWD was bone stock, I ran a 13.51 @ 103.88 at Atlanta Dragway in Commerce, GA in 2018 before they closed the track down due to bs noise complaints. Compared to my mid 11 second '23 Tesla Model 3 Dual Motor Performance, even with the mods, my Q50 feels slow when I get back into it.
I will also say that Infinitis are fast when u r driving them correctly.They don’t like to be floored!You have to tap the top of the pedal and know the gears they perform in best!1st gear is horrible in any Vq it’s mastering the flow thru the gears that allows u to feel the real acceleration.If you floor an Infiniti,it actually sends it into gas conservation mode and car will send less power to conserve fuel.Also wear some shows that also u to feel the pedal .Try tapping your foot at the top of pedal next time u accelerate from a stop.

Make sure it has somewhat low mileage, since they are old it’s hard to find so make sure maintenance is done and recorded. 2014 have some tech issues making the screen inside laggy and slow, if you good with that and found a good mileage 2014 I would jump on it. Preferably you want a 2015 as they fixed some of the issues with the screen, still slow but a bit better. I would for sure try to get a S model because the brakes are really good and the paddle shifters too. They good cars and are solid. Make sure everything is up to date and checked up.
@@Gottatrolla69 2020+ will have fixed majority of the issues with the 2016-2018 blowing turbos, don’t know too much but if you get warranty you should be good. Stick to 2020+ for those, 2019 minimum don’t want turbo blowimg
I’m thinking next video I’ll briefly talk about whether the 2014-2015 q50s are worth it in 2025. But to keep it simple now, if you don’t care for being fast and want something that’s reliable then go get one. Tips are don’t take the car to dealerships, make sure the car was well taken care of, and aim for 2015 since the 2014 are a bit buggy when it comes to the tech. Either way both are good

14’ 3.7 not a race car but you will have fun with it it’s a good car a good start car
