I don’t know about the rest of the folks on here .. but I come mostly for animal content not building projects. It is fine when it’s a mix, but feeding the animals is much more enjoyable a watch than wood cutting or tractor engine work. I would happily watch the geese and goats do the same thing every day. Animal behavior is always interesting even when repetitive 😂❤
Please Momma is coming 🤗, watching a dog playing in the snow is so wonderful x The view from the drone gave a great look at what you were talking about how the trees were just felled on the other side of the ditch, hope you get the rest of the wood soon . Stay safe stay well xx xxx
I'm definitely not a fan of cold. I guess it doesn't bother you that much, being you're always doing things in the winter. Love your little Christmas trees.
I love this time of year. Snow and the smells. Just the fun of it all Love you shoeing people they don't have to kill a tree just to hang ornaments on for a month. Love how you love!!
It’s very interesting phenomenon, in UK they trying to preserve those natural hedges around fields and in Baltics we cutting them. After that we complaining about soil erosion, that there are no birds left and so on….
Well most of the ditches are full of trees at all times cutting them down doesn't mean they don't regrow. These ditches will be full of trees in few years. Baltics aren't the worst countries in terms of percentage of trees. UK barely has any trees left so they try to preserve what they have.
I was waiting to see how you continue cutting wood. Great video with the drone footage. How did you make that? You've been working and drone was in one position filming you 🤔 Your dog was happy about the snow ☃️ and I'm sure you're looking forward to see your mother for Christmas 🎄Greetings from Berlin
What was that hanging from the wire that the birds were eating? I’ve never seen that before. ❤️ I truly love your videos. ❤ What a pleasure it is watching them. Thank You!!
Wintertime is the time when animals, especially pigs are slaughtered. After the meat is processed the remaining fat-tissue is hanged in long stripes in the trees for the blue and blacktits, what they really like, because it’s not salted or smoked. You could also let the fat out of this tissue and pour it together with some sunflower seeds in a plate to let become hard. They love that!
I too am using a small tree this year -- Its so small not many decorations can fit on it without it looking overwhelmed but I found some very tiny pinecones and some teeny candy canes the bank was handing out and along with some very tiny lights I am pleased how cute it turned out
Love your vids. But a question, apart from the border with the 'evil rich owner'; why cut all trees? You could let some remain as wildlife refuge and/or future timber or firewood trees. Or an umbrella for the new brush, trees you might want to plant. I understand the practical view as to do it in one go. But just food for thought :)
My daughter has the small chain saw that she uses to trim her brushes, etc. I was thinking that maybe you could purchase one for Dessie, so she could trim branches off as you work in other places. Just a thought!
I am so behind as usual. I have time to watch just now and then. So then I am catching up on all I missed. Because I dont want to miss anything. Now I am so impressed. The amount of wood you cut is insane. Just two cutting in a couple work days. That is nutters. :)
I love the trees you choose. Glad moms coming for Christmas. I just travelled from Oklahoma to Up State New York to spend the Christmas holidays with my oldest daughter and her family. I know she misses you.
Merry Christmas to you both! You can cut little slabs from the trees to make ornaments for your tree. Birch works good if you have those trees. Paint little Christmas designs on them.
Ahhh! Your trees are so cute. I’m sure you can’t wait for your mom to get there so y’all can decorate them. I’m sure they are going to look adorable. Can’t wait to see what other plans y’all may have planned. Des I’m not quite sure how you managed it but it was very unique how you were able to record with the drone at the same time as you were working too as well. Your getting very talented with your skills. Was that chicken fat or skin I should say hanging out for the birds to eat. I’ve never seen that done before like that. They definitely need food to help them fatten up for the winter. Is there a specific reasoning that they hang it out for them.
I feel lost for few second wondering what kind a threat is that to have the desk in the garden ... 🤔 🙄 😌 Suddenly realize ... Thanks, ... I'll take my boots off later, then !!! 🤔 🙄 😌 Nevermind ...
@@birgitc.rudolph9123 Danke, also könnte man auch pures Bauchfett raushängen. Die Vögel scheinen es zu lieben. Bei uns gehen sie an die teuren Meißenknödel nicht dran, komisch.
You pup stole the spot light ✨️
Happy to hear you will have your Mom coming for a Christmas visit.🌲
Your little dog certainly is a Latvian doggie-she was rolling around in the snow while you were talking about the Xmas trees. 😊🇦🇺
Your music and videos always work SO well, and I’m sure your aunt and uncle really enjoy your youthful company. Merry Christmas to all of you!!!
Now that is what Christmastime looks like! Love it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Great intro again with camera work, sound track and editing👌🎥📸

Love your mom, there will be lots of cooking
Wow, you got a LOT of wood cut. It can be drying till you can cut it into firewood.
Always up for more animal footage!!!
Your property is beautiful in every season
The music was awesome.
Beautyful Video. Nice trees.🎄🎄

Surely they are only coppicing? It doesn't kill the trees and keeps a continual supply of wood
Merry Christmas to both of you. I love watching your videos!
Once again the music was amazing. I can't believe that you have snow we all so got snow in the middle of the America just like you got.
You're doing a super job you two! So excited that your Mom is coming for a visit!!
Love your videos
Merry Christmas to you!
That's nice your mom will be spending Christmas 🎄 with you guys and Ivy and doggo 🐶 is such a delight to see 👀.
What a beautiful idyllic drive with the snow on all the 🌳 🌲 ❗️❄️☃️

What was that hanging on the chain with the birds pecking at?
I was wondering about that also
Suet
It looked like chicken skin, but it is my experience it is made up with beef or pork fat.
It will be cloth soaked in fat, this is a good way to use waste fat rather then bining it.
@@helenmcq3389 We mix rendered fat with bird seed and hang it in the cold for the birds.
🌬❄✨ awesome video guys

Was füttert Ihr denn den Vögeln?
So weit ich weiß, ist es Hautfett von Tieren ... Es hat eine ähnliche Wirkung wie Schmalz in Meisenringen.
