    Blessing to you brother, I'm new to your channel and I'm a trucker looking to stay in shape and eating healthy. What kind of experiences do you recommend and food for a long distance trucker

      Blessings to you as well. Some of it depends if you want to pack and carry food or if you want to get food along the way. If you are fueling up and eating from gas stations, you can seek boiled eggs, Greek yogurt, nuts, beef, jerky, Fruit, tuna pouches, protein bars and definitely plenty of water. If you want to do food prep, most gas stations have microwaves, and there are quite a few options that you can make that will require no microwaving such as chicken salad, tuna salad, mixed green salad with any protein that you’d like to add.     Thanks, bro. I use Cetaphil, too. I also use shea butter, & Vaseline. I'm definitely going to try that Hawaiian Tropic, tho. Where is it sold? I have yet to find a sunscreen that doesn't make me look like Casper.

      @@wyntonmohorn great question!! Couple times per week. My metabolism is very high. It’s either in a shake, on a spoon or a good ol PBJ

    My weight has been going up & down like an elevator for years. Once you lose weight what's your best way to maintain & keep the weight off???

      First thing that comes to mind is either your diet or your workout isn’t consistent. More self accountability and you probably need to check the scales daily ✅
