This game never deserved the flack it got. It’s basically a Godzilla movie simulator (not counting Godzilla Movie Studio Tour), and Godzilla version of Rampage. It deserves a place in Godzilla game legend.

I even beat the 100m King Ghidorah in the demo, which is super hard, since it’s very hard to get bigger than 70m by the time you fight it. When the full game came out, I got it for PS4 and fell in love with it. I came to love it more than Godzilla Unleashed for my Wii, which was my favorite in the series until that point. I love upgrading Godzilla and the other monsters and slowly watching as they got more powerful with each playthrough. The monster intro cinematics were a great omage to their source material and were a nice touch. I also loved how the game rewarded you for going the hard path by making it easier to size up Godzilla and get that sweet extra stage. Overall, I loved this game, and I hope another like it will be made in the future one day.

I don't know if you knew this, but if you roar and then do your fire breath, it goes for a longer duration, and is more damaging. If you roar and then do the pulse special move, it has a wider range and will destroy a larger area. Just here to help, fine job though. :)

Unfortunately, the backlash from this game was so bad that Namco Bandai no longer want to do Godzilla games, so we're not getting Shin DLC anytime soon.
i looked this game up and was very disappointed to find out it no longer exists on PS4.. all it gives me now is list of the movies instead of the game :/ really wanted to try it cause it kind of makes me think of the old game Godzilla Destroy All Monsters Melee
