I too have just discovered you Garth Hewitt. Perhaps you are a distant relative as my Great Grandfather was a Hewitt but this part of the family has been here (USA) since the 1st I see is a Joshua Hewitt born in England 1765 who had a brother named Samuel born in Connecticut, USA 1775. Thru my brothers DNA testing we even find we have a smidgen of Turkish blood from what part I don't know but tend to think it's the Irish part but who knows. Gives substance to the fact we are all related in my book.
