    I just bought this book last week
    As I read it , I’m blown away by the wisdom of the author and yet she’s so young !!
    I’ve read the Dr Sarnos books witch are wonderful , highly recommend this book

    Just yesterday, interactions with the small bit of family I have left completely triggered me. I wasn’t even in the same country, yet my body felt all of it. I have tools, I can take care of myself, but only a handful of people actually’get’ what I live with. I think I need to seek out more people who have first hand experience of what I went through, it was kept underground and not spoken about, even nowadays it’s a shock subject. SUICIDE.
