I'm very sorry if you have a problem that isn't listed anywhere here, but honestly all of the comments are just repetitive and most are easily solvable/in the description.
There's a small chance I may respond, depending on the comment.

Today I'm finally showing you guys how to get code mods, the follow up to my first mods video. Enjoy!

Commonly asked questions/errors:
For others who don’t see the plugins folder in bonelab, restart from the beginning, which includes:
1. Uninstalling every mod you have had before on bonelab from cx
2. Uninstalling LemonLoader
3. Uninstalling bonelab
4. Uninstalling cx file manager
Essentially, restart form the beginning, follow everything closely, and it should work! (this was a viewers comment)
Q: "Why is the Bonemenu/Bonelib mod not showing up?"
A: Either theres something wrong with your quest 2 or your game isnt updated to patch 3 (the public beta).
Q: "Why don't I see a quest 2 folder in my files?"
A: If you see "Standalone HMD" that's the same thing.
Q: "What happens/what do I do if I clicked restore app?"
A: You got rid of any Lemonloader modifications to Bonelab and you have to redo step 3.
Q: "Will I lose my non-code mods if I do this?"
A: YES!!! I really should've said it in the video but if you want to save them, finish up to after you get Cx File Explorer and take all your mods and move them to a temporary folder. After you finish the tutorial you can move them all back.
Q: "Why when I launch bonelab it's just 3 dots?"
A: Most lilely youve done something wrong on step 3 and you should redo it.
Q: Why is it saying failed when I try to patch bonelab?

@@zeromatic mhm, Im on patch 3 as I can see the capsule machine and it says its the unofficial app, I downloaded bonelib but it doesn't show up, I've probably definitely done something wrong so I'm reinstalling bonelab to do the lemonloader again

@@zeromatic yea nvm I’ve had to refund bonelab because no matter what I did the bonemenu never came up when the modded maps I added did, i think it’s just an issue with my quest and I’ll have to stick to blade and sorcery

This guy was the only reason I was able to get code mods.
if you're asking but how you can't access the android folder it's because I used the file manager in Sidequest which bypasses the "for your security you can't use this folder" prompt and then did the same steps as shown in the video but I copied the entire game files onto my computer and entered the files that were missing with Sidequest. After that I launched the game and turned off the proximity senser on my quest so it would stay on even without me wearing it because when you launch the game for the first time it takes up to an hour for it to fully launch but for me it took about 45 minutes. some problems that can acer is the game never starts and that is because you did not put both obb files before launch. Next is that mods don't work and my answer so that is look up a tutorial. The best tutorials i found were made by chicken broth vr and the videos were about a year old

@@zeromatic so my bonelib randomly stoped working and after trying other fixes I concluded that my Bonelab needed to be repatched, I did and now it crashes whenever I try to load into it

Tip: You can use Sidequest to disable the proximity sensor. This makes it so your quest cant detect if you have your headset on or off. Which lets you take it off during the long tedious startup.

I set the auto sleep feature to four hours 😂

This works, I was commenting that it wasn’t and crying about its not working but it’s just cause I messed up like 3 times but finally got it on the 4th. Just start from the very beginning and listen very closely. It’s 2024 now so it won’t be exactly the same wording on some parts but I promise just risk it for the biscuit & it’s worth it. I finally got the hang of it, just trying to learn specific mods🙏

@@edotWTF just follow the steps very very closely and make sure you have zero mods installed. It’s better from scratch, some things might not be worded the exact same since this video is old but it’s still the same just gotta experiment a little and use a bit of context clues, it’s a pain in the ass bro but it’s definitely worth it

To keep your save go to data,bonelab,file,save then move the one you beat the game with to alarms with your obb file after you do the rest of the tut when your putting back obb files put your save back in save file and press overwrite then you should have you save again (it worked for me but might not for you I’m not sure) anyway hope this helps!

Awesome video!!!! So I didn't have any folder called "plugins" so I made my own plugin folder for bonelib plugin file. I went into game and the thunderstore mods did work but I didn't have the bone menu to change the speed for superlab. I have done all steps including public beta but I hope there's nothing wrong with my quest 2.

I had the same problem you didn't switch to the beta also the reason he's not responding is because he literally said"if this fail you need to uninstall CX file explore and lemonloader and bone lab and make sure you redownload patch three bone lab"

They both work but fusion is its own seperate thing entirely. Id recommend watching minibattlelops video about it

When i open lemon installer and hit allow on the first thing it says "Lemon needs access to the Android data folder to backup game data" and idk what to do. It has a button to click setup but idk what to do after i click it
Edit: if this happens you want to hit use folder on all popups and/or allow on some others because for me there were a bunch

if your doesn’t say “Quest 2” it might have been updated or just like that, its called “Standalone MD” i think and you can also get cx file explorer ALSO in mobile vr station, hope this helped😊
Your toutorial 100% works. The reason the spider man mods wont work. Is that it doesnt have lemon loader support. It only has melon loader support. There is a quest version. Of web swing mod. But it uses nimbus gun assets. Still really fun. Thanks anyways

To anyone not able to see files in OBB folder. Connect to sidequest app from PC. the file manager on there allows you to see the files. Idk how to copy and move files, so i saved those 2 files to pc, then copied back to quest in the alarm folder. then back again, hopefully i made sense. enjoy

Sometimes you dont have a plugins folder but if yk how to make a folder you can make one. Make sure its Plugins with a capital P

Well, if yknow how to, you could make a plugins folder named exactly Plugins. But realistically you dont actually need it.

So, to my knowledge, this should work. Delete the lemonloader you currently have and redo the process with an updated version here: github.com/LemonLoader/MelonLoader/releases/tag/0.2.0 Hopefully this will work.

Only took about 3-4 hours would of been sooner if I didn't accidentally delete the obb files to bonelab and installed the right version of lemon loader but now I can finally dive

It won’t let me download it at the obb bit it says that for your privacy choose another folder

Me too and I'm pretty sure I did everything correct but my Oculus has been pretty buggy lately and I had to reset it a couple times so I don't know maybe that's why it didn't work because I did everything in the video and it still didn't work so maybe it's just my Oculus for some reason I don't know
